Too much work
Even though I was following the insturctions to the letter, all the food I cooked stuck to the pan. It's also extremely hard to wash it without scrubing. After 2 weeks I gave up on trying to make it work.

Best cookware in the world!
I have several Staub pieces and nothing else compares. I have used solid Cooper cookware as well as stainless steel cookware and still nothing compares to Staub. Absolutely amazing. You will never need anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's exactly what I was looking for. a cast iron that doesn't need the upkeep of an original, almost dummy proof which is great for me :) It is a little heavy when pouring, but using the tiny handle on the other side helps with that. Definitely would recommend!

Great Skillet
This is a great enamel cast iron skillet that will last a lifetime. It is high quality, mare in France and fun to cook with. I love the black color option instead of being forced to buy some random color that doesn’t match everything.
