Q: what is the source of the B12? is it Methylcobalamin? does it contain any cyanocobalamin or hydroxocobalamin (these are synthetic sources of B12, are less effective and can cause uncomfortable or even dangerous side effects.

Something changed. I first tried these a month or two ago and they were delicious so I bought more. But now they taste very fishy, could not even swallow it. It was so disgusting. The packaging looks different and they must've changed something in the ingredients because it taste so fishy and gross.

Overwhelming fishy flavor. Just awful. Clearly made with some sort of fish oil, so in addition to the fishy flavor, the fish oil coats your mouth and lingers. Regarding the texture, they are hard as rocks and not chewy at all. I do not recommend this product and wish we had not purchased it.
