Description
The Meinl Wah Wah Tube is a tubular effect instrument that delivers smooth, bell-like tones with incredible sustain. It is a black aluminum tube that has a small slit down to the center of the tube running from the open playing end. The slit allows the tube to resonate and produce full, rich tone. The end that is held is closed and has a small hole on the side that is controlled by thumb. When move thumb on and off the hole in a variety of ways, it creates the wah wah effect. can achieve many different sounds with this percussive bell instrument. The included mallet has a rubber ball tip which provides a nice warm strike on the Wah Wah Tube.
