A: Hi Laura! The alligators are a permanent part of the push toy. To store, you may remove the handle (just keep track of the hardware...LOL!).

Love this walker
My baby loves this Walker! He is 8 months and has been using it for the last month. It has helped him feel confident taking his first steps. It’s steady, sturdy and glides easily. Contrary to some of the reviews, we love that it’s “heavier” then his other plastic walker that easily tips over. This one does not. We love that it does not have music. It doesn’t over stimulate him, it’s perfect.

Cute but not practical
It’s aesthetically really cute and I love the alligators chomping while it moves. However, I thought the alligators would make noise like click-clack but they are felted so they’re quiet. I wish it provided that noise for feedback. Also, my baby is just now learning to walk so if he uses the toy to pull himself up it falls over into him and the wood sometimes knocks him in the head. It’s cute but not practical.

I wouln't buy this again-too heavy for my 18 mo to use
I want to give this 5 stars because I like this toy and my daughter loves it- she just can't use it. It's so heavy that she can't maneuver it at all and ends up getting frustrated and cries. If they made a lighter version I would buy it!

Great toy.
It’s adorable and effective. Our sweet girl has been using it since she was about 8 months old, and she started walking on her own about a week after her first birthday. Sturdy materials, bright colors, and she is super fond of it. She walked back and forth on it A LOT each day until she mastered walking on her own!

For a stumbly walker
My son is one and still isn’t able to walk on his own yet, but he is learning more control and loves to push this walker. With most of these walkers be careful, your little one can fall back hard on the floor from trying to stand up , putting all their weight on a walkers handle. Luckily this one didn’t topple over as easy as another i tried.

Too Short
This is a quality product, however it’s meant for children who either learn to walk super early or are at the very bottom of the height percentile. My child is too tall for this product. Another 3-5 inches would have made all the difference. I had to purchase a taller walker.

beautiful but a little tricky
Its so adorable and well made overall, but a little tricky for early walkers, as the base is light enough to where the child can easily flip it by placing too much weight on the handlebar.

Great product
We purchased this for my 9 month old grandson and are very happy with it. It is well balanced so that he can pull himself up to standing and it doesn't tip over. And the wheels have a strip on them that allow them to roll smoothly but also at a controlled speed. So he isn't pulled to walk faster than he wants to. The alligators are very quiet too!

Decent walking toy
My grandson likes this walker but doesn't love it. He enjoys the clacking alligators and although it supports my little emerging walker-it takes quite a bit of strength for him to push it forward. It is well made though.

Great toy, very well made. The sound isnt very loud at all though (clacking). There was alot of thought that went into making this. The wheels even have a rubber piece around the tires, so it doesnt travel too fast, so your baby won't fall.
