Great Toy - Wish balls could be bought separately

This toy was given to my son at Christmas at his aunt’s. By the time the toy got to the car, 3 balls were missing. We’ve never found them. I was hoping we could buy a new set of balls, but looks like that is not an option. One extra concern of mine is with the mallet. My little guy has a twin sister and he’s used it on her head a few times. We’ve had to resort to hiding it from him.
Daughter loved it

This product and the Melissa & Doug barn are the most played with toys we own. We especially love the tower, however it would be great if we could purchase extra wooden balls that fit.
Wonderful!

My 2 year old loves this toy! It did come broken, with one of the middle shelves loose/falling out, but nothing a little wood clue can't fix.

Great toy!!! Exceeded our expectations. Our nephew loves this toy. Captured his attention, it went beyond hammering the spheres down the chutes, he wanted to figure out how it worked. It was a challenge to pull him away. Entertaining for all. Thank you!!
Grandsons loved it!

I gave this to one of my grandsons for Christmas. He loved it! He immediately started hitting the balls through the little tower. My other grandson, who is likely younger, decided that he wanted to play with the balls. So, both grandsons had fantastic Christmas with this toy.

Fell apart quickly. Very flimsy. Melissa and Doug sold their company and their products are cheaply made now. It’s frustrating.

I usually give Melissa and Doug 5 star but this one I feel it should be a little higher. It barely does anything and I think there should be something holding the ball too when it falls.
Keep track of the balls!

This keeps our 2 year old entertained! However we have been missing the red ball for months now lol. They are hard to keep track of because of the nature of the toy, but if you can overlook that it’s a great toy!

. It was a hit from the moment we opened it!! At 20 months he was ready to pound away! His grandpa just had to demonstrate how it's done twice and he took over after that. I would recommend this toy to others for sure.

Worth it if you can handle some noise

My son loves playing with his ball tower. The only issue is the noise produced from an excited toddler, but that's to be expected. He sits and play independently, matching the colored balls to the colored walls of the toy. I would say this toy is fit for kids 1 and up.

My 11 month old is obsessed with this toy. He's not quite strong enough to use the hammer yet but I like that he will grow with it!
Needs balls so the toy is useless

My Grandson loved this toy but unfortunately he can't play with it anymore since the balls are lost. I called customer service asking if I could buy a set of balls and was told "no we dont sell them, you have to buy another toy in order to get the balls for the toy." She asked me if I looked around the house for them. well.. thats a stupid question, why would I waste my time calling if I could find them (sigh). Thoroughly frustrated....
I would buy this toy again, perhaps when older than two.

This Pound & Roll Tower has a lot of potential. When our 2 year old grandson was introduced to this toy we were pleased to see how long it held his interest. He was only successful hitting two of the four balls through the holes on his own. My husband & I found the same two balls required much more force to get through the holes. I imagine when our grandson develops more muscle/coordination he'll enjoy this toy even more.

Bought this for our nineteen-month-old granddaughter. At first, she wanted us to pound the balls for her. Now, a couple of weeks later, she goes at it with gusto, both pounding or pushing the balls through the openings. She hasn't yet worked on associating the colors, but that will come with time.
