Toxic smell
We absolutely love reusable stickers, but this book smells so strongly we dont feel comfortable having our daughter play with it. My husband, a chemist, is quite concerned about the odor.

Smells toxic
I wish I'd read the other review about the toxic odors of this product. It's BAD. I left it in the closet to off-gas and it smells so strong that everything in the closet started to smell like it. Because they are not actually stickers but vinyl decals, I'm wondering if they are PVC, which I would never let my child play with. Disappointed.

Toxic fumes
Our daughter opened her reusable sticker booklet and the fumes were strong. The more she played with the stickers the stronger the fumes became . Eventually we placed the booklet outside but I noticed, even as an adult ,I felt sick after being exposed. There is something wrong with the chemicals used to manufacture these stickers. I would strongly suggest not opening the booklet and return it before using it .

Strong toxic offgassing vapors
I have generally found this to be a reliable, high-quality brand. However, I was quite disappointed when we opened this reusable sticker set and were immediately hit with the strong odor of offgassing VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from the vinyl stickers. Knowing that such VOCs are unhealthy, I separated the pages and placed them in the garage to air out. Just the offgassing from this single book rendered the entire garage pretty much unbearable for several days. A week later, the sticker pages are still emitting a strong toxic odor. This is important, because these chemical vapors are not just bothersome, but a health hazard.

Stickers did not stick to the pad at all
I love the concept of "reusable", and my 2-year-old toddler is very into stickers recently. However, I bought Melissa & Doug's stickers book, and it came with no sticker book (only stickers), then I bought this "reusable sticker pad". These scenes are good, but the stickers never stick on the book... so frustrating..

You really can't go wrong with this set. The vinyl reusable stickers are large enough they won't go missing and there are tons to choose from. Same goes for the scene to choose from to place them on. Mix and match and have a silly time or learn to place them "correctly" and set up and entire scenario they can act out. Lots of hours of fun to be had!
