Disappointed
I am very surprised at this icecream shop. Melissa and Doug make such great quality items, but they really missed the mark with this one. The ice cream doesn’t stay in cone, the pictures fell off the magnets and some ripped. I’m really disappointed in this. My kids have a cheaper plastic set and then got this for Christmas, they all fit over the plastic one and don’t want to use this one because the ice creams just falls off the cone

Durable and entertaining
As a momma of 7, this toy is exactly what I've come to expect from Melissa & Doug. Well built, interactive and encourages imagination. My big kids have fun playing with the 2 year old. It's not too big so that it takes up a ton of room but big enough for the kids to play together.

Cute toy but already broke
Register pad poorly made. The stylus chord is too short and is difficult to use. My granddaughter broke it trying to get the stylus to reach the pad.

Best Ice Cream Parlor
My 3 year old granddaughter was beyond excited with her new ice cream parlor. It really allows for creativity. Even the adults are enjoying it! I highly recommend this toy!

The perfect icecream shop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is so nice. We love all the wooden parts. It makes it so much easier for little hands to grab. No crushing parts as they grab them and making it useless. Having a register with a card swiper makes it so realistic for them to play like they are their favorite icecream shop. We have played for hours with this and every time they are so excited to play again. Being either the customer or the shop keeper. This will last past when my kids lose interest.

They’ve gotten so much enjoyment with mix and matching the various flavors, writing our orders down, swiping our credit card and ringing us up on the tablet. It even has magnets too so they’re able to display daily flavors. You can tell right away that the quality is top notch, as you’d expect from this brand. It’s not too big so it fits in virtually any space. It’s also not too heavy which makes it easy to pack away or move rooms. I’m confident you and the kiddos will be happy with one too.

Small Enough To Fit On Table Top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wooden ice cream set was a great tool to aid in my five and four year olds imagination. I liked that there was virtually no set up involved. I just took it out of the box and had to slide in the ice cream maker. The same thing for putting this away, I had to pull off the maker portion and slide that box inside the shelf of the creamery. My kids found the soft sided cone to be difficult to keep the ice cream in place but liked all of the other options. There is truly something for everyone and multiple kids could be helping out behind the counter since it is pretty long.

I’m so impressed with the Cool Scoops Ice Cream Creamery. It is made of high quality and sturdy wood that will last for years/ The wood counter features an ice cream dispenser with a wooden scoop. My son loves the interactive play and to serve us ice cream from “his store”. This set comes with everything you need for your children to start playing (credit card, toppings, sprinkles, cones, ice cream. Cups, dishes, etc).
