About half of these burst a hole in the bottom once hot water touches them. Seems like the one thing they need to not do.

Even after folding according to the instructions on the box these filters keep breaking under hot water and spills coffee grounds through. 2 of the first 3 broke before I returned the box

These are difficult to find in lots of stores. Target has them and responds and mails them quickly, which I appreciate.

Not much to say about a coffee filter except it fits the pot and does the job. Nice that it is unbleached.

All three of the first three filters I tried to use in my drip cone failed at the bottom and the grounds all fell through into the cup. Recommend not purchasing these.

They all break/ let coffee grounds through so you have to double them every time you use them.

I’ve wasted so much coffee to broken filters. They literally have one job and it’s to filter the coffee.
They Rip for Pour-Over Coffee Using Only 10-12 fl oz. of Hot Water

I use these filters for a ceramic pour-over coffee maker with a gooseneck kettle with a built-in thermometer and only pour water over the coffee grounds that’s between temperatures recommended for coffee specifically. I have to use two layers of these filters, otherwise the paper breaks and dumps the grinds in my coffee mug and I have to start the process of boiling and scooping grinds all over again after cleaning up the mess. I’m going to use these filters doubled up until I finish the box and will not buy this brand again. Unfortunately, back to Amazon or Whole Foods I go. For reference, I only use two tablespoons of ground coffee with 10-12 ounces of water poured over depending on the grind and strength of the coffee, so it’s just for one serving. I can’t imagine these filters would survive double or triple the amount of hot water to make 2-3 servings.
Defective–pretty useless product

The coffee grounds go straight through—useless if you’re camping or using a simple pour over where this is your only filter, and pointless if you’re using a nicer pour over because you have to clean the grounds out of the basket anyway
