These are comfy. The elastic waistband is inside a fabric casing instead of the thicker elastic edge some boxers have. My waist at belly button is 53in and 56in hips. Going off the other reviews saying that the waistband was loose I got a side 3x. The waistband is comfortably loose on me but not loose enough that they fall down.

TOO BIG , Loose waistband

Can't get to the quality, couldn't get past the size. These run large. I mean EXTREMELY larger than anticipated. Bought 3xl and the waistband was almost approx 6 inches to big. I'm too nervous to even try one size down.

They Run Large

These run rather large. I am generally 5xl-6xl. 5xl of these where falling off within 30 seconds of putting them on. Nice and soft and I do like the waistband but it is a messy pleat. Not sure yet how much they might shrink as they are 100% cotton. I'm goning to try a smaller size due to the great price point.
