A: No it does not contain gelatin, because gelatin is not listed in the ingredients on the bottle. The similar item from "One A Day" does contain gelatin, but this Target one seems to not contain gelatin. As far as I know, it is the only low priced multivitamin that does not contain gelatin. Therefore, I believe it is good for Jews and Muslims because gelatin can come from pigs or from cows that were killed not according to religious requirements.

It seems to be KOSHER/HALAL for Jews and Muslims.
It does not have gelatin. Gelatin is usually made from pigs. If gelatin is not made from pigs, it will still be made of cows that were slaughtered in the manner of religious law. So this multivitamin is the only low priced multivitamin in the market that seems to be KOSHER and HALAL, therefore Jews and Muslims can have it. As of now, DEC 2021, I cannot find this bottle of multivitamin in most of the TARGET stores. Maybe it is temporarily not available due to the supply chain crisis nowadays or some other reason and will be back soon. I hope they are not discontinuing it.

Easy to swallow
I like how they are coated to make them easy to swallow. Most generics aren't coated and unswallowable to me because the stick to the back of my tongue and choke me.
