    Not made for work

    Lasted less than 4 months. They were ok through calving season, but trying to walk through the growing fields trashed them quickly.

    Not worth it

    Great idea but it does not work, foot gets wet, where the soft material meets the rubber it comes apart. Disappointed with the purchase. Does not hold up to the usual products muck boots put out.

    Arctic Grip for the Win!

    Truly a well made winter style boot. The traction in the vibram soul is like nothing I have seen before. Nice snug/supportive fit. Very happy with this for the icy snowy are I am in.

    Great Winter Boot!

    I got these as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loves them. They’re a great shoe to slip on and work outside especially in the winter. I love the look as well! They are definitely more sporty than other styles.

    Great boot I thought they would be more grippy on icy surface but I will tell you the are some very warm boots if your somebody who gets sweaty feet go with the uplanders cause these are warm and will make your feet sweat on warm conditions but amazing boot I work daily in them in water ankle deep I wish I'd have gotten longer ones only complaint there great get them now!!!

    I've never slipped so much I even found myself gazing into the sky after slipping at falling. For the price im pretty disappointed that they are in fact not all terrain and they do not perform well on ice....3 stars are because my feet stayed warm and dry....quality is poor glue spots everywhere

    Comfortable

    Ordered these for next winter but got to use them as we had some spring snow. The ordering process was easy as a plus, they were on sale. Delivery was prompt. These fit just perfect and no need to use a foot liner as they are comfortable as is.

    Best winter boots I've bought for myself yet.

    They fared beyond my expectations in cold / dry ice fishing as well as cold / wet ice fishing. I'd often use them in place of an ice scoop - just kicking the slush out of the hole - and never suffered a wet or cold foot. Ive worn them snowmobiling for several hours in sub 10 degree weather with no issue. The comfort is amazing and you really don't even need big bulky wool socks to keep your feet warm. The fit is true to size. Would buy again in a heart beat.

    Good features poor fit.

    I bought these for winter and probably should return them since they are very small across the top of the foot. Had they been the same fit as my other mucks I’d give them a five. I’m rather surprised how different they are, I’m suspecting I won’t be comfortable with one pair of thick socks. I really want to like them due to the icy conditions we get.

    Apex Boots: No half sizes

    I really wanted to love these boots. They have the great ice grip bottoms, which I rely on for walking dogs at a local shelter in our Buffalo NY area winter weather. Bonus they they are light weight and seem nible. However, as I wear a women's size 10, the mens size 8 was to small and the size 9 was giant. Please produce a similiar womens version of these and/or consider including some half sizes. The other styles with the ice grip soles are quite heavy, add the weight of snow and they are hard to walk in. Signed Disappointed in WNY.

    Never buy again

    Inside padding is peeling apart and the toe is coming apart they are 2 months old of course they tell me its wear and tear and is not covered but i didnt buy them for dress boots i bought them to wear and use

    There was nowhere to ask a question so I had to enter Q in Reviews. My question is: Is there a rubber protector or conditioner product from Muck Boot Co. or otherwise that can be applied to the exterior rubber areas of this boot to protect the rubber to keep the rubber supple and per se keep the rubber from drying out or cracking?     Lovely…. Until it’s cold and snowy

    I was lucky to have the 24 hrs of weather and it only took an hour to know that they needed to be returned - not a solution to actual cold weather. I was excited, waterproof? For sure. Hassle free slip on? Yes indeed! Comfortable? Yup. Keep my feet warm in cold and snow? No way. A Wisconsin December day and one hour of snow removal, where all was good until the top of my foot, wrapped in an expensive and warm wool sock, was nearing the pain point of being cold. These are not a tenable solution to cold weather for more than 60 minutes - and I mean, anything colder than perhaps 23 degrees Fahrenheit. Aside from that, they’re great. The term “Arctic” should not be in the name of this boot. More like Ozarks.

    New to Muck Boots

    This is my first pair of Muck's. These are very comfortable but tight...but I normally wear an extra wide. Super simple to slide on but a bit sloppy (noisy) in the calf. I can hear every step as it slaps onto my legs. Warm boots for walking/working outside.

    Muck Apex. Solid Boot

    Good fit. Rugged yet comfortable. Only glitches that are more on personal note. I like a tighter calf fit and i swap out insole for one to my liking.

    First impressions

    They fit tight compared to my pair of chores. In a cozy snow boot kind of way. They grip like no tomorrow on ice and my feet never get hot or cold. 2 things to note are the disclaimer that comes in the box saying vibram isn't responsible for floors getting damaged from the traction pads they put on the bottom. And the boot is not lined with fleece like the description says. That being said these are the snow boots you need!!!
