I love the material and feel of this boot. Size is right at 1 size over my shoe size. Took it on a 2 mile breakin walk, but should have used a sock liner, and came home with a blister on my heel. I feel no defect in the boot to cause this, just my carelessness.

I have owned multiple Muck Arctic Sport boots over the past 10+ years, all have held up well and kept my feet warm. In the past I would have to put ice grippers on them during the winter because I live in the mountains and my property has a slope and builds up ice. My x-country ski boots have Vibram soles so I decided to purchase the Arctic Ice version this year and did not put the grippers on them. We had a strange winter, but I did not slip even after we had an ice storm.

I recently purchased the arctic ice mid boots. This is my second pair. The first pair I owned always kept my feet warm. In fact they would sweat most of the time. I ignored the ratings of people complaining about the current boots not being as warm as older model boots. I shouldn’t have. My feet are always cold. We are going through a cold spell right now. It was -7° yesterday and my feet got cold first thing in the morning and never warmed up.

Love this boot . 2 year review. Work in gas field in PA. These keep my feet warm an dry. I wear them winter months at work, hunting, an around the yard working. They do seem to have better grip on ice. Looking to buy a second pair but these are still going strong. Thank you Muck Boots.
