Men's Georgia Boot Waterproof Logger Boot

I bought these about 18 months ago. They lasted through some very extreme abuse from hauling headstones on a hand truck across miles worth of mud, dirt, rocks, gravel, clay and anything you can think of. They really bit into the ground when I needed it and didn’t slip easily. They just now broke down where I need new ones and are no longer waterproof just now. I’ll say, the insoles aren’t so great but I buy upgraded insoles a couple times a year. True to fit, broke in alright. The laces lasted almost a year. On the heavy side, but didn’t get in my way. Getting another pair with hopes of the same results!

The website was easy to navigate, found the boots right away. Georgia loggers have incredible inserts that help make them stand out from other brands. The boots arrived in perfect condition, box was fine, and the leather was beautiful. Shipping brought them a couple days early, and you can't ask for much more than that!!!

Been wearing Georgia boots for 20+ years and the last handful of years it's almost certain the stitching will blow out somewhere. Either along the sole or on the leather. I used wear a sole to nothing and get the Georgia's resoled and run them for another year or more. That's what hooked me on Georgia now it's common few months maybe 6 and stitches gonna fail. Step your game upGeorgia! Used tough now I may have to find someone else who makes quality boot. Go back 20years what have you changed in your stitching? Cut cost? Skimped? Outsourced? Come on!

I received the boots and upon opening the box found that one boot had about a 1/2” cut in the leather in the side of one heel. Other boot had a buckle in the leather on the tow which left a gap between the sole and leather. And last but not least, one stitch on the bottom on the toe sole had no coating and was frayed. Right out of the box. Needless to say I returned them for refund the next day.

I love these boots. Got my first pair of Georgia boots back in high school. Finally a waterproof boot advertised truthfully. Wasn't big on the heel being so high but once I broke these in, they are my most comfortable boot. The ONLY negative I have is that, for a work boot, I expected tougher rubber. I'm a manual machinist and all the hot sharp metal chips I pull are next to me on the ground. The tread has deteriorated and come to nearly unusable for hiking after only 6 months. I hate that because I've had other brands I didn't care for like my danners and the tread was the only thing they had going for them, and those lasted well over two years. However I still love the comfort and waterproof to this boot. Many wet days in the mountains of North Idaho. I can hike comfortably for miles and miles up and down steep terrain without tiring and blistering my feet and my feet are always the only dry part of my body. First time in my life that's happened. I've owned it 3 pairs of these boots they last forever you can put them straight on out of the box and they're comfortable they are by far some of the best boots for the money!

I work for the USPS, I walk anywhere from 9 to 13 miles a day. Jumping in and out of trucks, lifting packages and delivering mail. All tennis shoes, and boots id tried before where leaving my feet torn up with blisters and hot spots. Have had these boots about a month now, all my hot spots and blisters are healed. These boots are extremely comfortable, and offer fantastic ankle support the amazing traction has saved my butt going over Arizonas gravel yards and driveways. Be aware though these boots while not steel toed are still very heavy! Weighing in at about 2.5 lbs each, they make for a great leg workout that takes some getting used too.

Bought a few days ago for a local store the comfort out of the box was Awsome very good quality highly recommend.

These are by far the best boots ive ever had in my 28years... I bout mine back in 2017 as a wildland firefighter we have to have 8" full leather with vibrant soles and for the price of these i couldnt pass them up... I have had them for 5yeara and where them more the shoes as well as fight fires every summer and have yet to even have to have Any work done to them yet. Now coming up on year 6 i definitely need them repaired cant afford that at the moment but am looking at just buying these same exact ones new to start my 6th season as a wildland firefighter... Thank you to the men and women who build these amazing boots

I don't recommend buying this boot. Brought a pair three days later the heel came unsewed. Extremely disappointed this happened. For the price it should have been better quality. I do not recommend purchasing this boot.

Is not water Proof at all I do line work this past storm my sock was soaked! Wish I can return them for my money back

Ordered the two day shipping and was only a day late, with everything going with from covid I’m very happy with that. I was literally in awe as I laced these boots up. I’ve never had something for my feet so perfectly and be so comfortable even while new and stiff. Look is exactly what I wanted in a boot and more, these are some great looking boots. I usually wear a ten and a half so I followed advice and ordered my size. Glad I listened! Have only worn a few weeks now so will update on longevity but so far I’m beyond happy with my purchase. I’m a wildland firefighter I have used a lot of different boots in my 38 year career working in tough conditions on our feet 16-18 hours a day had a friend tell me about these boots he has and really liked them, so I gave them a try one of the busy fire seasons and they held up fantastic and not one blister I would recommend these to all the guys and gals.

I purchased these boots about 5 years ago and loved them out of the box. The only issue I have is when the temperatures got below 20 degrees and working in the snow the glue holding the sole on began to delaminate on both the heal and toe. I’ve brought them to a cobbler to get them fixed and haven’t been the same since.

I set manufactured homes for a living and had one slide into my leg just over one of my boots, the other foot was pinned at the sole. Nothing more than a bruised leg. I’m convinced my boot sole was hold enough weight to keep from breaking my leg

I purchased these boots awhile back and have nothing but good things to say about the comfort. However, I was very disappointed when after about 3 months of wearing them the souls on both boots simply came off. it was very discouraging. the break in period was non existent which was nice but the overall quality was not something i expected from Georgia boot. unfortunately, the warranty on them is no longer valid so i am just out of luck. if you're looking for a lasting work boot that will get you through the long days and and last, this is not it.

I camp, fish, and hunt. These are perfect, but as a classroom teacher, I'm on my feet all day and these boots, while overkill, are what I needed. Sturdy and well built, I rotate these boots with my dress shoes.

I bought these work boots for their water proof capability. They are NOT waterproof. they soak through every time they get wet. The 1st 2-3 weeks they made my feet absolutley reek. I contribute that to the insoles...? But once they were broke in, they did not do this. The traction is phenomenal in these boots. But, when you work in the elements all day every day, you wand dry feet!

I am having the same issue as others, there seems to be too much tongue material in the boot, which severely pinches the ankles. I am trying to see if they will loosen up, but at this point they are unwearable, which is extremely disappointing given the cost.

I had these boots for about 6 months before they started to fall apart , would like to give Georgia another try but unsure after these boots didn’t hold up
