These boots have proven to be solid performers in the woods and in the fields for hunt dog work. Cool enough for summer and warm for cold weather. Traction is excellent. Fit is spot on and easy to slide on and off. Weight is light enough to work all day.

Gets the job done. I've used them for work and hunting and they keep my feet dry. They've held up for a few years of relatively difficult use.

Great for clearing mountain areas. I like these better than the woman’s boots. I felt more at ease working in the woods. We have a lot of Diamondback rattlesnakes and copperheads. I would recommend these.

I live in Costa Rica and the boot lasted 6 months. I would never spend the $$ I did to buy this boot again. The soles separated from the boot. Poor glue I guess

All muck boots SUCK!!!!! the quality control SUCKS!!!! pay this much for a boot and wear it 5 times in 4 months and he glue holding the sole starts separating and letting water in, the quality control department the day my pair was made must have out to lunch that day

Recently purchased these boots. They keep my feet dry and hopefully safe from snake strikes. They are comfortable to wear, though a bit heavy. One big gripe: They are DIFFICULT to put on. Folding the shaft down is a serious struggle. Would be a better boot if the followed a competitor and made the top several inches of the boot expandable and cinch to tighten.

This is my fourth pair and I have loved everyone of them and keep ordering BUT after 2-3 years the glue on the sole fails every time. Ofcourse its past the 365 day warranty but the whole boot is in great shape and i hate throwing them away each time. Please come up with some better glue before I order my next pair.

Purchased these in June of last year, loved them and wore them a lot to work around our farm. That is until I waded in shallow water today and felt water coming into the right boot. A hole had developed right at the seam where the sole attaches. Much too expensive to last less than a year

We have been using Muck boots for over twenty years and I have to say that they are the most durable brand we have purchased. We are doing a lot of land clearing in a marshy area and these boots with increased snake bite protection allow us to work a bit more comfortably and safely than other boots. These boots are lightweight and and like the other Muck brand boots we have owned, are comfortable working in mud, jumping up on a tractor or driving a vehicle back to town to pick up supplies or equipment. They last a long time and I have to say that we really do torture these boots on farm projects, so it’s nice to know we have boots that maintain a good tread and keep water out for a long time.

Bought a pair for every member of the family when we bought our property in TN. I wish every shoe/boot was this comfortable....I could wear these 24/7! Great height and thickness....I feel snug, safe, and secure enough in these boots to walk anywhere out in our timber, brush, or swamps. Really great boots!

Just picked up a pair of these. First time muck owner and they feel great. Not sure why they don't make a style that's not insulated for the early hunting season when it's so hot. Also I can grab them and pull them off my foot pretty easy but if I needed to step on the heel to pry them off there isn't much to grab on to. When I crouch down the top of the boot DOESNT bend and pinch my foot which is good. Hopefully gonna get a lot of use from these. I hunt a lot and will wear them from September through May. Little change in design and they would be 100% perfect but not enough to make me not buy them again. Also I have from in the calf area 6'2 225lbs not really bird legs lol.

I liked everything about these boots, although too small for my calf. I really want snake proof boots, so I guess I will have to look at another brand. :cry:

I have upwards of 8-10 pairs of different Muck boots but I've never had any so tight on my calf with little to no flex and I have skinny calves. Foot portion great but riser not so much. Sorry.

Great boot for it's purpose, but very heavy. Definitely a winter time boot. Too hot and heavy for summer when snakes are out ?!?! Odd because snakes are not out in the winter. They can also be a good substitute for weights to build up leg muscles !!!!!

My lacrosse rubber snake boot is snug and it's a 9, so I ordered a 9 in the muck boot and it's real loose.

Fits to size with enough room for a thicker sock if needed. The only complaint I have is that the leg openings are bent/flattened against shin due to how it was packaged, so it doesn't lay exactly right when wearing. I'm hoping they'll reform in time.

It's about time someone makes a waterproof snakeboot...the others are basically waterproof until u step in water...makes you wonder ...thanks

We have just 4 pairs of these boots and are are super good boots. well made comfortable and u dont have to worry about snakes or getting wet feet Love them. thanks worth every penny.

I bought these for a work trip surveying in South Carolina low lands, so I wanted to keep my feet dry while also investing in snake protection. Very pleased with the product except for the calf size. Please offer wider calf sizes - I've been slowly stretching them myself but it's not ideal.
