[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel stupid for being excited about a charger but this one is very cool. I primarily use the 36v batteries for most things so they have a longer run time but this fast charger can fully charge one before the one I’m using runs down so there’s no waiting between swaps. I also feel stupid because I didn’t notice the USB charger until I picked up a second one. I charge my headphones, Bluetooth speaker, phone, or mobile battery pack with it nearly every day. When working at house with no power I was able to charge my phone from one of the tool batteries. It is the first thing I plug in when I start a new job.

Excellent upgrade to the charger that came with my kit. Keeps battery charged up faster than I can use them. The cooling fan is a bit loud, but not a problem considering it's being used in a construction zone anyway.

Have had the multivolt battery charger and 4.0 Ah battery for a year or so, and they are fantastic. The batteries last a long time, deliver plenty of power, and they recharge quickly enough to keep your productivity high. The battery level indicators work well and are a nice touch by comparison with some of the 18V batteries. Having the USB charge port on the charger is a nice touch as well.

The batteries have such great life and the charger is amazing! I don’t run out of batteries like the other guys on the jobsite

Nice charger with the ability to charge 14.4 and 18 volt batteries. I'm not so sure of the speed in which it, but the batteries last such a long time it's crazy. I bet I drove 550 - 2 inch deck screws without needing a charge, That is impressive! So. In review this is a nice set up whether or not the charger is any faster than any other brand. I know one thing for sure if I were charging one battery while using another. The dead battery would be long charged before I would need the recharged one.

I love Metabo brand products that I have used. I have to say the 23 gauge cordless pin nailer is the worst nail gun I have ever used. I own a woodworking company where I use nail guns all the time. I had a problem with the gun right out of the box the gun wouldn't work at all. After returning the gun and trying a 2nd one. The pin nailer would only work in the up right position and would jam if you tilted the gun even a little bit. I'm very disappointed in this product since I use many other products of this brand.

Charger is durable in construction and is extremely fast in charging lithium batteries. A must have if you acquire a cordless Metabo tool.

I have two of these chargers and several batteries I love the charging speed but these chargers with the USB charger port come in clutch every time!

When it comes to charging, it’s very quick and my favorite part is the USB port to charge other devices on the job. Great charger.

This is the charger you want. This is the speed charger with an internal fan. Works for both 18 and 36 volt. I was able to charge 3 batteries in the time of one. 4 ah battery on normal charger.

Bought a few months ago works great. It charges battery quickly.
