[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pin nailer last November to supplement other nailers that I use. This was mainly for small work and trim. I was somewhat skeptical about the holding power of pins and how it would handle use with maple and was very pleased after my first use. The safety trigger however is a pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gun a month ago and have been slamming pins non stop. No jams whatsoever and smooth, I like that it has an additional trigger lock as well. I went through 2 makita pin nailers that both broke on me this one feels better quality and a nicer build. Looking forward to a long life with this one.

Very profession, for finish work accurate and strong. Versatile with nail lengths, fantastic classic pro grips. Air button blow off for work pieces, metal magazine for long life- hard to find a review for this amazing gun, maybe I’ll have to make one. The pro 18gauge is next on my radar for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I've used a brad nailer for all my casing work. Extra work is needed to cover the holes, but not with this tool.

I needed this little pin nailer for a delicate project i was working on. There are a number of these available from all the usual makes but I chose this on price, comments and availability. I have used this nailer for both small and large projects without issue. It will get the job done without fail. I smart purchase on my part.

WOW! This is quite the compliment. Definitely the first time one of Metabo HPT's pin nailers pinning capabilities has ever been compared to that of an Olympic wrestler. AND the first time being a heavyweight is a good thing! Thank you for your review.

NP50A 2" 23-Gauge PRO Pin Nailer Metabo HPT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a cabinet maker and quality finishing is a must for my clients satisfaction. This 23 gauge nailer is my go to nailer for all final assemblies. Decor trims, miter joints, butt joints, securing loss tenons, this nailer secures them all. It has a sturdy grip for small detail trimmings, and a instant trigger release for those hard to reach last nail corners. But what really sells it for me is that I can hardly see the pin hole! The nailer doesn't bounce back as some other nailers do, thus leaving the surface free of any dents or markings. No nose imprint at all. That is a quality finish for customer satisfaction and for come back clients. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the Quality performance and ergonomics in this nailer and I also appreciate the case! because as a Contractor constantly on the move the case is nice for protection that a lot of companies have left by the wayside? A very nice Pro Tool Robert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can "pin" your hopes on this nailer. Bought this Pin Nailer to replace one purchased many years ago. I am strictly home handy guy, but have learned over the years than any job can be improved and be SAFER with the correct tool. You know a tool is safe when it encloses a pair of safety goggles! The tool, so far, has been flawless. Easy to operate, no real technical issues, and most of all reliable. This along with the metabo 18 gage nailer were, for me, a luxury purchase, but more than worth the price as past less expensive products have long since been the the recycle bin. I would highly recommend this product, not only for the professional, but especially for the home handy man who (i) need and enjoy the tool that makes any of my projects more professional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for about 4 years now and is labeled Hitachi, but it's the same unit. They haven't changed it because there has been no need to change it. It just works, no grief, no hassle. It's been a huge time saver. 23 gauge pins are just the thing to hold pieces together while glue dries for a lot of carcass builds. It's light, nimble, & gets in tight spots. Not much else to say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 5 months ago and am very satisfied with its performance. It occasionally doesn't completely set a nail (maybe 1 out of 50 shots) but that has happened with other pin nailers I've used. I would buy again. I've used it primarilly for attached small strippings and shoe, cove and quarter round moldings.
