A: You can use both Metamucil Powder and Metamucil Fiber Thins within the same day --- just be sure to not to exceed 3 servings per day in any combination. We recommend that you should also consume at least 8 ounces of cool water or cool liquid per serving. If you have further concerns or questions, our Metamucil Team is here to help. Q: Do you take this once/day or twice? Assuming one envelope is similar to a serving of the powder but not certain. Would be nice if each wafer was 1 serving.

Works! I truly believe in this product. I have tried so many fiber supplements and drinks. Fiber Thins are the only thing that works for me! No more issues. I don’t find the thins horrible tasting in fact with a cup of coffee it’s perfect. You do have to drink 8 oz of water with them.

I couldn’t choke down anymore than half a wafer. If you’ve drank the Metamucil version you know how it turns gloppy and guey in the glass and you have to drink it fast. Well the wafer turns gloppy in your mouth as you chew and gets stuck in your teeth. Yuck!

If you aren't doing so already, put the powder in your cup first, and then use at least 8 fluid ounces (250ml) of water or other liquid and stir briskly. The cookie is tasty but you have to take small bites, chew well and then swallow. They're not like regular cookies because they are fiber and if you take a large bite it becomes a ball of fiber in your mouth and then it's hard to swallow. I nearly gagged trying to swallow when I bit half of the cookie.

Obviously this is fiber, but it actually tastes good. I was very skeptical and didn’t think these could help me be regular, but they actually work. I eat one in the morning and one at night, so one of the packets containing 2 bars works for me.

This is an easy way to increase fiber intake when RX meds bother you. The “cookies”are handy individually wrapped packets which also keeps them crisp. However I recommend buying in store; Every single one in the box shipped to me was broken into bits & crumbs. Arrived in large box with no padding. It obviously got tossed around inside from shipping to delivery…bummer, quite messy.

I did not find these palatable at all. They're bland like a dog treat with a little bit of spice. Turned into concrete in my mouth as I chewed. I couldn't eat more than one, it's a lot to put myself through for 5g of fiber. There are better fiber supplements out there.

At first I thought the taste was good but after a couple of bites/chewing it got extremely mushy and left what felt like a film in my mouth. This is my first time trying these but I would not recommend.
