Metamucil Psyllium Fiber Supplement with Sugar Powder - Orange

Wow! I was literally in the ER because of constipation. After my treatment the doc recommended Metamucil. I kid you not after days or unable to produce a bowel movement - i was able to go in less than 45-1hr after drinking this. It’s saved my life now I drink it every night for a bowel movement before bed.

Metamucil is the only brand I use.

I was struggling for 3 days. Took a laxative and it barely helped on the 4th day. Struggled another 2 days took the same laxative and it didn’t help. Purchased Metamucil, drank it at 6 and by 9 I was relieved. I couldn’t believe how well it works. 1 spoon was enough

A tried and true product, gets the job done and doesn't taste awful. It does thicken up pretty quickly so you don't sip this, you mix it and just down it.

My cholesterol has dropped 30pts since a month and a half. Definitely is working. I do mix 1tsp with just a cup of water morning and evening, mix it, and drink it all at once, otherwise it thickens when it sits a little too long.

I be a using this about 5 years. It works! Helps move stuff that needs moving.

I like that it helps with bowle movements. I'm in post menapause and my gut is a little slower and this product moves it along.

Was diagnosed with ibs and this was one of my first steps before testing to see if my symptoms improved. I personally do not see this doing anything for me. I’ve been using it for about a month now and nothing has changed. I still am constipated, have pain, and bleeding. :( I have seen it work great for others, but nothing is changing for me.

I started to take this to get more fiber in my diet. An added bonus was my cholesterol went down 43 points after three months of consistently taking Metamucil three times a day. Another benefit is I’m now drinking 8+ cups of water a day. I don’t like to chug anything, so I constantly stir the Metamucil as I’m drinking it. That prevents the clumps some were complaining about. I would highly recommend Metamucil. It’s a bit pricey, but it is 100% worth it.

Worked for me in 5-6 hours, I take tablespoon in the morning and night, it's been smooth, and provided a lot of relief. The taste however is a little too tart for me

I started Metamucil 8 days ago and on day two it started working by making me regular again! My digestive system had changed after I had covid in 2020 and has never really been the same since causing me severe constipation. I had started the two week challenge Metamucil has and was really enjoying the benefits of feeling more energetic and lighter. I do want to note something extremely important for you all to be aware of. There is a warning for extreme allergic reactions to psyllium husk on the bottle. I have been sick and dealing with a sore throat when I started this so I figured when I noticed my tongue hurting it was due to that. However today before I went to take a nap I had done my daily Metamucil drink. I woke up with severe tongue pain and throat pain it hurts so bad to talk and swallow. I did not realize I was allergic to psyllium husk because I had never had it before but I wanted to let anyone know if your tongue begins to have any slight pain it can eventually change this severe pain I’m having. I am so sad about this because this truly works. There are so many wonderful benefits to this drink being it made me regular in a short amount of time and continued to. It causes no stomach cramps and a natural urge to go. I am super sad I can’t continue this and I will still give five stars because it does wonders and I just so happen to be allergic to it. I hope my review can help. I will just have to try some other Metamucil products without the psyllium husk and see if it helps like this one did.

For a few years I've been using Metamucil, but never did I realize that there was one that had real sugar in it! This was a game changer in the taste for me. It was recommend that I add more fiber to my diet and this does it.
