Description
With plant-based grease cutting power, this hard working spray gets a grip on greasy kitchen messes so you can just sit back and enjoy the bacon. Grease + oil? This takes the drippings off your drip pans. Baked on or burnt on? This spray handles either with ease. Stubborn splatters? Don't cry over spilt spaghetti. This heavy hitter can handle the grease. While lemongrass is an essential ingredient in your favorite curry, it is also a close friend of cleanliness, which is why it smells so delightful. In fact, the original iteration of that “cleanliness is next to godliness” line was actually “cleanliness is next to lemongrass-iness.” but it wasn’t as catchy. (At least, that’s what we heard.). Q: Can this be used on wood kitchen cabinet doors?

A: great question, Lucy! the heavy-duty degreaser is designed for greasy areas in the kitchen like drip pans, stove tops, range hoods + microwaves. but we haven’t tested it specifically on wood cabinets, so you’ll want to spot test in an inconspicuous area to ensure you’re getting desired results. -JJ, method consumer care

Q: Product says to clean stove tops but NOT glass or ceramic...what other kinds are there? And also not to use on marble, aluminum, or iron....what exactly CAN I clean with this??? Please give me some ideas or should I just return?

A: Not that great now that they increased the price 27 percent in less than 30 days, so much for new lower prices, They Just Keep Increasing Prices!!!!!!

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m over 30 now, but I’m so excited to have found this product. Not only does it work better than anything I’ve used, I also feel better that it’s plant based! Really does a great job both in oven and stove top. The way it cuts through grease… there’s nothing better, not even a lemon and baking soda! Tough spot? Let it soak and it’s easy peasy.

This works so well on the stove. I spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes before scrubbing off the mess. I even use it on my counter sometimes when there is something sticky I can’t get off. Love the ingredients as well.

I feel it’s not worth the $1.00 increase in price from August 2024 to September 2024, not that great of a degreaser to have such a large increase, I understand prices go up but this increase is crazy. So much for Target lowering prices!!!!!!

In detail, after (3) applications and aggressive scrubbing the product was not able to clean a gas grills : 1. Exterior Lid 2. stainless steel cooking grates 3. Interior cooking area (lid and basin After, two applications the products was able to cut and remove most, NOT all the grease from the grills three control knobs and from grills, fold up side tables.

I purchased this product online where the listing conveniently leaves out that it’s not recommended for “glass and ceramic top stoves” or “marble” which means it’s not recommended for any flat surface in my kitchen. Disappointed that the listing doesn’t clarify and that this was the only degreaser available for pickup at the time. I don’t really know what to do with the bottle now. Also we did not like the smell.

We’ve been through too many cleaners to count and this one makes the top of the list! It’s a great price and easily available. The way you can use it on your counter tops to wood table makes it even better. It’s a great degreaser for the stove as well for those hard to get spots! It even smells great!

Decided to try this after typing in degreasers to do a pickup and saw it had more reviews then the normal product I use. After the first use I fell in love!!! The smell and the spray on are so nice, and most of all it works great!!! I have used it for burnt on mess and it works great on that too. My hubby asked why I didn’t buy two. When I cook greasy stuff on my air fryer it leaves a smell and I normally have to use vinegar and baking soda to get rid of the smell, I sprayed this on there the night before, and it smelled sparkly clean the next day.

I have not cleaned my oven since moving in 2 years ago because I just wasn't comfortable using a traditional oven cleaner with my cat in the apartment who likes to be all up in my business when i'm cleaning. I finally caved because there was so much grease caked to the oven it was setting the smoke detector off the last few times we've used it. I was so happy to find that Method had an oven cleaner considering all of their products are pet safe! I did have to use some elbow grease and steel wool but the grease came off so much easier than with other products I've used in the past. Took me about an hour and not bad results considering we cook bacon I'm the oven at least twice a week and haven't cleaned it since moving in 2 yrs ago!

I realized I had ran out of my usual degreaser (goo gone) after dinner. I decided to pick this up to try. I like the application, a nice even spray - my go to product was a foam and was very messy. The scent is mild and pleasant, which is rare. I sprayed it on and let it sit a couple minutes and then came back to clean it up. It did a great job, especially since this sat overnight. There were a couple stuck on bits it wasn’t able to remove but that’s not its intended use. I imagine it works even better when you clean up immediately after cooking. I really like it and will continue to use and repurchase it.
