I recently found out that methylcobalamin is the preferred form for the body to utilize and this one from Source Naturals is good tasting and dissolves easily. I wish it didn't have sorbitol and magnesium stearate, but I'm very happy that it has no soy or gluten.

I have found this B-12 supplement to works well for me and my health issues. It is easy to take and very cost effective for my health needs.

I've purchased sublingual B12 tabs at my doctor's office and also in local health food stores, which are all good, but I pay double the price. I get my Source Naturals B12 at half the price, and the quality is equal!

My entire order was delayed because I ordered these and it takes 4 days for Swanson to get them in stock. It is also a very pricey supplement. I specifically needed a high quality, high dose sublingual form of B-12 because I have trouble absorbing the vitamin with the traditional pill form. Because of this I was willing to wait and pay more for a supplement that met all of my needs. These seemed to meet all my expectations from what was advertised and the reviews I read on Swanson. But, I have taken it three days in a row and these do NOT dissolve under the tongue and each time, after 5 minutes of moving the pill around under my tongue with almost no dissolving, I have had to resort to chewing them and then trying to let them mix with saliva and sit under my tongue in the hopes of getting more of the vitamin in my system. I am then left to swallow most of the pill which is far less effective for me. These simply are not true sublingual vitamins and I am VERY disappointed!

This seems to promote energy. Pills don't dissolve as well as I would like. I have to chew them since they don't dissolve in the three minutes it says it should take.

After viewing a video on the different B-12 sources, I went in search of a methylcobalamin B-12 vitamin supplement. I need it because I am deficient in B-12, and take a large dose every day. This product is wonderful! Fast, easy to take, and in a large enough dose to be beneficial to me. I love the large size bottle, too!
