MGA's Miniverse Make It Mini Diner Series 4: Includes Accessory Pieces for Creative Play

It is a lot of fun to put the pieces together. It felt like real food just miniature. I highly recommend this toy for older children into miniatures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved making this! She read the directions herself and created it herself. This was easy and fun for her. On my end, it was messy. It’s a “salad” miniature so the “lettuce” got everywhere in order to make the adhesive stick to everything. Last time we went to the store, I let her pick out another miniature kit though. She really had fun.

However, after curing in the sun, we realized that the only part that cured and hardened like a glue, was the green "guac" resin. As a result, the other components were loose on the tray and falling out or off. We ended up dousing it in the green resin and that helped keep everything in place. Our end product didn't look like we expected, but overall, it still was a fun experience.

Miniverse has turned into such a nice hobby for myself and son. We love the exciting unboxing and seeing our creations. My favorite are the food series. They look so realistic and become a nice decoration piece. Thanks for the fun miniverse!

You set the finished piece in the sun or under a UV light to make it hard (cure), and it comes with a tiny table to display it on. What It's Really Like: • The Best Part: The reveal! Unboxing the mini ingredients is genuinely fun, and the finished products are absolutely adorable. The detail on the tiny food is great, like the little drinks or desserts. • The Crafting: Mixing the "ingredients" with the resin is the main activity. Be careful: the resin can be sticky and a little messy. It’s not difficult, but it's not a super clean process, and you need to work quickly. • Curing Time: Waiting for the resin to harden can take a while if you rely on the sun. If you have a cheap UV light, the wait is much shorter. • Collecting: Like all surprise balls, you will eventually get duplicates if you buy enough. The collector's guide is helpful, but the surprise element can get expensive if you're chasing one specific item. • Display: The mini table is a nice touch and makes the finished piece look good on a shelf. Verdict: A great gift for mini-food lovers and crafters. It's a fun 15-minute activity that results in a cute collectible. Of course the kiddos loved the taste and the baby loved the ball shape and little take that of came with. If my kids wanted more I'd consider purchasing again. It is a cute idea and did work out pretty decently.

I opened the surprise package and I got the Taquitos recipe to make. Everything is individually wrapped and its so satisfying to open it all up. You make the meal step by step and then set it under UV light or outdoors for it to set and harden. You’ll have to resist eating it, as it looks so scrumptious! This is addictive play and once you get one you will want to collect them all! Taquitos is part of 8 new recipes from the Mini Diner Series 4. Get them as fast as you can and join in on all the fun!

I don’t normally get things like this for my kids because I don’t like tons of stuff laying around but they are little and my daughter has so much fun making them. It’s always a fun project to create them. She loved using the resin and is now hooked and wants to do more. After completing and letting it try she gave it to her friend to enjoy. These are perfect little gifts for girls to keep them busy and be creative.

This tiny diner set comes with the cutest little details my favorite were the mini pineapple pieces, the small table, and the tiny plates that make the setup feel so realistic. My granddaughter had a blast arranging everything and playing “mini diner,” and she especially loved putting the little pineapple pieces on the plates. I would recommend to everyone.

Didn’t need a fancy light to make it set, just mix, pour and let it set to harden. I will be purchasing many more of these! New obsession unlocked!

My son had so much fun taking all the little pieces and making little taco shaped ice cream! It came with so many cute items like sprinkles, ice cream container and scoop, a table, taco shaped waffle cones, and little tweezers. We haven’t set it with the resin yet because he is having fun just playing with the pieces. Definitely watch closely to younger children because they may try and eat it. My son loved little circle egg that all the pieces came in.
