Uses

Uses temporarily relieves: minor aches and pains headaches nasal congestion sinus congestion & pressure runny nose sneezing

Directions

Directions Do not use more than directed Adults and children 12 years of age and older: take 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not take more than 12 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 12 years of age: do not use this product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage.

Other information store at room temperature in a dry place do not use if blister package is torn.

Better than nothing, but not by much.

Slightly took the edge off my raging cold symptoms for… less than an hour? However, I tend to get pretty severe cold symptoms. If yours are more mild, maybe it would work better.
