[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im genuinely impressed of the texture and how light and gentle it is with my hair. It has a very nice sweet but not overpowering. After washing my hair, it feels moisturized, nourished and more manageable. It is made with clean ingredients and this helps my hair maintain it’s natural oils. It is gentle with my scalp and doesn’t make it itchy. It doesn’t break my hair but it definitely restores it. Hydrates like no other.

My horse came back to life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first application I felt the change - my hair was softer, flexible and without that dryness it had from the middle to the ends. The combination of Kalahari melon and aloe vera really helps to retain hydration without leaving the hair heavy or greasy. In addition, I noticed an improvement in hair strength and much more natural shine, as if I were healthier from the inside. Especially good for dry, curly or battered hair by dye. The aroma is pleasant and subtle. It really fulfills its promise of deep hydration.

Scent is good

I also did not get any conditioner if there was any, which isn't a problem, but is hard to see a positive outcome without it with curly hair in my opinion. Packaging is cute. Texture is typical, smooth. Good foam.

Too heavy.
I did not like this shampoo. It left my hair feeling heavy and dull and my hair would not move after it dried. It looked dried out and felt like I had not washed it for several days rather than being clean. I cannot wait to re-wash my hair!

Very smooth mildly fragrant shampoo

It leathers and cleans hair good but unfortunately I see my hair rather dry after using it. I don’t see that much hydration on my hair.

Left my scalp itchy and scaly..
Unfortunately, I used this once on a Sunday and by Tuesday my scalp was itching like crazy so I looked in the mirror. My scalp was completely white with dandruff. I was shocked. That was my first and last time using it. A waste of money and more importantly it created a ton of dandruff. Later in the week I realized I started developing scalp acne as well. Whatever is in this shampoo (fragrance, etc.) is horrible on the scalp. Perhaps others might find that it works for them but it has created issues where there were none for me. I now find myself having buy expensive dandruff shampoo to rectify the situation this shampoo has caused. I have used the rose mary shampoo from mielle for the last several years without incident so it has to be whatever is in this specific one.
