The product is wonderful. It's made well. It's the right size. The delivery experience with Target online ordering was absolutely awful and I will never again order anything that I cannot pick up at the store. There were no shipping choices or options when placing the order. The Price of the item was higher than all competitors. The only perk was the free shipping until I realized it was a company that always fails to deliver the item to the correct address. That's why can I give this product a five star rating. It's only available for purchase online.

He wasn’t so sure at first but we barely lift up, just enough to give him a little support and take most of the weight off his hips, and he goes right up. Lately, he’d been really struggling once he got to the top of the stairs. Now, his tail wags like crazy!
