The collar provides gentle yet effective correction and making it ideal for training or regular walks. The leather material is durable, feel soft and looks great. The martingale design ensures my dog doesn’t slip out of it, which gives me peace of mind during our walks—especially since she’s strong and can get excited. The leather Martingale collar was a perfect purchase. The leather is soft yet sturdy. The dark brown color is rich and warm and my dog looks awesome wearing it . The buckle closure is invaluable as my cane corso has a big head and it's very difficult to get other collars to fit properly. The limited cinch is exactly what is needed for effective training. This collar does it all. Thank you, Mighty Paw!!

We've had this collar on our 40-lb Staffie pup for over a week, now, and we love it. He's learning to walk with a slack leash, and this is a helpful addition to the training. The leather + stainless steel construction is strong and looks great, too… a bit rugged, not at all flashy. And he's comfortable in it, so this is now his 'round-the-clock collar. For the features and price, this was an A+ purchase. A note about sizing… we're using the last notch for the smallest fit on the Medium collar. Our guy's just 5 months, and he'll grow into the larger adjustments soon. We made an extra "loop" with a small, black zip tie to keep the loose leather end from drooping/curling. You don't notice it, and it keeps everything compact. If your canine is under 30 lb., the medium size might be too large.

I love this collar, my doggo is a mastiff, Dane, Pitt mix that borders on 120#! The collar looks fantastic on him, not to small. It is very durable and easy to use!

The collar is very high quality! The collar is made of heavy leather and chain with strong rivets and a metal buckle. I bought it for my 100 lb American Bulldog. She is a good dog and positively trained to walk on loose leash but this heavy duty martingale collar gives me added peace of mind for unusual situations (like a random aggressive, unleashed dog running up on us).

This leather collar is very durable yet soft on my dog's neck. The collar tightens if the dog pulls, but I like that it also prevents my Corgi from slipping out of his collar as he has learned to do in the past. With previous ones, he knew if he turned around and lowered his head then snapped it up, his collar was off. Even though he doesn't run away, we have lots of dogs walking in my neighborhood and he always wants to "visit"; this keeps him from doing so on his own.
