Mild Steel Floor Lamp Brass - Threshold™

This lamp was a bit of a hassle to assemble as the pieces that were supposed to screw together were flush with the metal And needed to be pried up in order to be able to thread them. The finish piece reminds me a lot of of an outdoor heater upside is the top allows for it to shield the light fixture from the elements. I plan to use this in our patio as I think it looks like it goes there aesthetically as an indoor lamp. I’m not a huge fan. Part of my issue is the edge of the shaded area is pretty sharp and the lamp itself is fairly heavy. The upside is the base is well weighted, and it has a unique look that kind of fits a Gatsby era motif.

Really happy with this lamp. It looks beautiful in the living room with a simple, stylish design and the brass finish adds a nice touch. It was super easy to put together and only took a few minutes. The light is on the softer side since it only uses one bulb, which is perfect for a cozy vibe. I also love that it turns on and off with a foot switch, which makes it really convenient. It feels very solid and well made. Not flimsy at all. Overall, a great buy if you’re looking for something that’s both practical and good looking.

Terrible experience with this lamp. Really wanted to give a better review but I just can’t. It appeared this lamp was used because it had scrape marks on the base brass piece as if someone has tried to screw together. The washer on the back was dinky and worn and it was challenging to finally get the bolt and nut tightened enough to somewhat prevent the wobble. The biggest issue was that the three parts of the lamp stem that screw together were also worn and cheaply glued into each piece so when the lamp was moved, it completely fell apart and the lamp was in two. See pics. Very poor quality for such an expensive lamp. Finally assembled and it’s steady enough to keep in my office. The look is pretty, and has a bit of mid century modern style. The floor on/off button works fine. Takes one standard bulb. I would not recommend.

I first want tostart off with this had few pieces and worked when assembled. It did though fall short of quality and functionality . The pieces are screwed together on plastic threads that do not line up and do not stay put. I picked this up to move it and one piece even pulled right off. The overall look hobestly looks like a mushroom and the color was bright gold not brass at all. It also would not stand completely straight outside all efforts. I would honestly pass on this light.

This is a modern piece. I didn’t know it was so bronze but it looks good for a study or guest room accent piece. It was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. It gives off a lot of bright light.
