Milk Crate Braided Sewing Basket - Threshold™

Very frustrated. Ordered this about a week ago and it came damaged with a rip in it. The replacement one had black paint / marks all over it. I’ll be returning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This milk crate braided sewing basket is adorable & has a lovely chic look to it! I think this basket is well made & seems sturdy. Love the details & how it looks & feels hand crafted. Not only could it be used as a sewing basket but it could be used for toys, blankets, & in your vehicle to hold snacks or beach towels. It would look great in any room to hold clutter with a clean minimalist look. The quality of how it’s made & value seems to be accurate compared to other baskets I’ve seen on the market. Since the basket is a cream color I could see this getting dirty easily if used in a space that isn’t that clean on the floor or on the ground of a vehicle I received an incentive to write this review.

This braided sewing basket is basically the superhero of craft rooms. Sturdy enough to hold all my sewing supplies, yet cute enough to leave out on display. It keeps threads, scissors, and fabrics organized while adding a charming touch to any space. Compact, stylish, and ready to tackle any creative project—what more could a crafter ask for?

Even though this basket was a little on the pricey side, I will say that it’s holding up well as a snack basket in my car for the kids. I feel as though it was made well. Not sure how long it may last, but given the nature of the material, I can’t see this being passed down from generation to generation as a family heirloom or anything. If I get a few years of use out of it, then that’s a win.
