Q: we've been using millie moon diapers and our daughter most of the time has diaper rash. we have taken her to dr and he suggests that it might be diaper....what do you think? we are now tryng huggies

submitted byMicah - 8 months agoA: I’ve used these with 2 of my 3 littles (current one is 11mos) and loved them for various reasons but after their process/ingredients changed… it gave my baby girl a rash so I discontinued automatically and haven’t gone back; it’s not worth the risk. Wipes too. I have a whole box I don’t want to give out 😒. I’ve switched to Parasol and have been very happy with them.
submitted byNalaSarabi - 7 months agoA: Every baby is different. It could definitely be the diapers. I had a similar issue once with one brand. Anytime we try to use that one, she gets a rash. You may just not be able to use Millie moon specifically
submitted byJadeNic - 4 months agoA: We've used for 2 years on our son without an issue. Pampers kept exploding and causing rashes on our okder 2, so we made the switch qith our 3rd and have loved them.
submitted byAshlee - 1 month agoA: I absolutely love these diapers! I don't understand the rash complaints, every now and then my baby gets a rash but it's usually due to feeding or weather or if the diaper isn't changed rapidly.

submitted byBriyhh - 9 months agoA: I would be incredibly surprised if Huggies were better, considering that they’re not very non toxic, I would recommend a truly non toxic diaper, something totally chlorine free such as honest, kudos or pura to name a few. I came to read the ingredients of Millie moon and will not be buying them. Please don’t try pampers they’re full of fragrance. Even the pure ones. They also have lotions, which can be irritating. I am only looking around for a different diaper because I have a gift card to use up, but have been happy with those listed above!
submitted byLia - 7 months agoA: I actually switched from Kirkland to Millie moon and her redness rash improved. Babies will still get rashes if you don't change them often enough. We use honest diaper rash cream too. These diapers have been much better than others we tried.

We immediately stopped buying it after my babies started having diaper rash (never being an issue prior to the change). Shame on Millie Moon for taking a mostly clean formula and making it toxic in the name of "softness".

submitted byWoodworker - 10 months agoA: Millie moon gave my daughter a terrible diaper rash less than 24 hrs after buying them. She has used multiple other “hypoallergenic” diaper brands before this and never had a problem. I’m so disappointed-they are not what they promised.

submitted byMeg27 - 18 days agoA: I have not had this issue with Millie Moon diapers. Rashes are caused by excessive moisture. If you’re experiencing this, try thoroughly drying during diaper changes. I have never used a diaper cream on my two children (one 2.5- now out of diapers and one 4-month-old). After a wet wipe, I use a dry wipe, then fan it out before putting on the new diaper. Also, make sure you’re changing the baby’s diaper sufficiently.
submitted byNoname7 - 3 months agoA: Are you consistently using diaper rash cream? We’ve never had this issue with Millie moon and have used since our daughter was born. She’s 1 now. Maybe your babe is extra sensitive. I do think these diapers are “cleaner” than Huggies from my understanding. I hope you find a solution!!

submitted byMillie Moon - 2 years agoBrand expertA: They are ECF not TCF. TCF doesn’t use chlorine or any chlorine derivatives in the bleaching process. ECF uses chlorine dioxide instead of elemental chlorine gas for bleaching. It significantly reduces the amount of dioxins and other chlorine-related pollutants compared to traditional chlorine bleaching but doesn’t eliminate them.

Q: I used these diapers on my son he had a complete rash and it started bleeding and I used just one diaper. I typically stick with diapers that say hypoallergenic.

Q: My little one is 22 pounds smaller end however pretty active and seems that every time when he would use the size 4, there is leakage. Do you think trying a size 3 would be good?
