Q: we've been using millie moon diapers and our daughter most of the time has diaper rash. we have taken her to dr and he suggests that it might be diaper....what do you think? we are now tryng huggies
A: Yes I had the same experience I will never buy this brand ever, nor do I recommend
submitted byLupitaJ - 3 months agoA: I would recommend Baby Vasaline. Make sure baby skin is dry before applying the baby vasaline.
submitted byCabinet - 1 month agoA: Hi there, we are so sorry to hear this. We take skin irritations seriously. Please reach out to our customer love team at hello@mymilliemoon.com and we can look into this further for you xx
submitted byMillie Moon - 1 year agoBrand expertA: samethin. my 7m.o never had a diaper rash sinceshe was born. I only use pampers swaddlers butgot sample of this&next morning bad rash. pampers is best.shes 1y.0 now still using pampers&no diaperash
submitted byBentley Babe - 8 months agoA: I’ve used these with 2 of my 3 littles (current one is 11mos) and loved them for various reasons but after their process/ingredients changed… it gave my baby girl a rash so I discontinued automatically and haven’t gone back; it’s not worth the risk. Wipes too. I have a whole box I don’t want to give out 😒. I’ve switched to Parasol and have been very happy with them.
submitted byNalaSarabi - 2 months agoA: probably because they went from TCF to ECF. smh.
submitted byno more diaperrash pls - 8 months agoA: I would be incredibly surprised if Huggies were better, considering that they’re not very non toxic, I would recommend a truly non toxic diaper, something totally chlorine free such as honest, kudos or pura to name a few. I came to read the ingredients of Millie moon and will not be buying them. Please don’t try pampers they’re full of fragrance. Even the pure ones. They also have lotions, which can be irritating. I am only looking around for a different diaper because I have a gift card to use up, but have been happy with those listed above!
submitted byLia - 2 months agoA: They changed their formula and are much more toxic now. We immediately stopped buying it after my babies started having diaper rash (never being an issue prior to the change). Shame on Millie Moon for taking a mostly clean formula and making it toxic in the name of "softness".
submitted byCassafrass - 3 months agoA: I actually switched from Kirkland to Millie moon and her redness rash improved. Babies will still get rashes if you don't change them often enough. We use honest diaper rash cream too. These diapers have been much better than others we tried.
submitted byVeganNomz - 2 months agoA: Same happened to my baby ,he developed a tough blister like rash , i switched him to pampers and i started seeing results within hours
submitted byBriyhh - 4 months agoA: Millie moon gave my daughter a terrible diaper rash less than 24 hrs after buying them. She has used multiple other “hypoallergenic” diaper brands before this and never had a problem. I’m so disappointed-they are not what they promised.
submitted byPixie242 - 4 months agoA: Same! We switched no more issues !
submitted byMicah - 3 months agoA: Try pampers . They have been only diaper that does not cause rash on my baby. (sensitive)
submitted byWoodworker - 4 months agoA: Also had a consistent diaper rash when using Millie, switched to Coterie and haven't had any diaper rash since

Q: Hello, why are there new comments from mothers on TikTok saying that these diapers are using chlorine again? can someone confirm this ?
A: They are ECF not TCF. TCF doesn’t use chlorine or any chlorine derivatives in the bleaching process. ECF uses chlorine dioxide instead of elemental chlorine gas for bleaching. It significantly reduces the amount of dioxins and other chlorine-related pollutants compared to traditional chlorine bleaching but doesn’t eliminate them.
submitted byECT vs TCF - 7 months agoA: Negative. Switching to ECF is to cut your cost and not for the safety of our babies. Will never buy. Honest just made the switch too.
submitted byJrod - 1 year agoA: Hi Harman, Thank you for reaching out to us. Earlier this year we shared with our Millie Moon community that we made the move to Elemental Chlorine Free pulp. ECF pulp is the market standard and is completely safe for delicate baby skin. Our diapers are rigorously quality tested to ensure their safety and certified by leading quality organizations include OEKO-Tex Standard 100, Derma test as well as being PETA-certified Cruelty Free & Vegan. Q: Why did you guys switch from tcf to ecf?
A: Hi, thank you for reaching out. Last year we shared with our Millie Moon community that we have made some changes with our fluff pulp from Totally chlorine free (TCF) to Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF). We understand the change from Totally Chlorine Free to Elemental Chlorine Free is not ideal for some families however we would like to reassure you that this is completely safe for use in diapers (and is suitable to sensitive baby skin). Our luxury diapers remain certified by OEKO-TEX and Dermatest, as well as being PETA-certified Cruelty Free & Vegan.

Q: Has there been a recent change in the materials or production of the diapers? Last box bought in Oct has caused my baby to have a recurring rash. Wipes were recently changed so have diapers been changed also?
A: Hi Stefinie, we appreciate you reaching out and leaving a review. We are so sorry to hear about the experience both you and your little one have had. As parents ourselves I can understand how worrying this would have been for you and your family. We have not made any recent changes to our diapers. At Millie Moon, we believe that your child deserves only the best. That's why our diapers are certified by OEKO-TEX, Dermatest, and PETA aswell as Cruelty-Free & Vegan, with no latex, lotions, or fragrances to ensure they are as gentle as possible. We would like to learn more about your experience. If you reach out to us through our website at mymilliemoon.com our customer love team will be happy to help! - Team Millie Moon xx

Q: What size would work better for a 13lb baby?! I currently have her in a size 2, but not sure if I should size her up to a 3 already or if they would end up being too big on her?!
A: Hi Kayla, your little one is sitting between two sizes which is our size 2 & 3. We would suggest choosing the smaller size option, as our diapers do run slightly larger. If you have any questions, our customer care team are here to help.

Q: What size would I get if my baby’s weight falls in the size 2 and the size 3 range (15 pounds)?
A: If the Millie Moon sizing calculator is recommending two sizes, we would suggest choosing the smaller size option, as our diapers do run slightly larger. If you have any questions, our customer care team are here to help.
