Some reviewers have said they aren't crazy about the shoulder strap not matching, etc. I will cut off the strap, I'm not crazy about it either, and use my own and be able to change out the strap as I want. Easy solution. Got the black one on sale so I don't mind losing the attached strap.

Missing crossbody strap
The item is billed as “cross-body” and did not include a strap. I did a pickup purchase and was not aware that the strap was missing until after I left. Unfortunately I needed the bag for a sporting event on the day of purchase and didn’t have time to return it or rectify the situation beforehand. Disappointing for the price.

How flippin’ cute is this!? I bought another bag as well, but I took the photo with the flash on and I love this as a gift and got it as one. It has an inside zipper pocket, but I would just be a little careful using the zippers until they hopefully loosen up.
