Not great if you have kids
This ottoman looked beautiful coming out of the package. But within the first week of having it, my kids stepped/jumped on it to get to the couch and it broke. There’s a thin piece of wood on the lid that broke on both sides and then we had wood sticking out the fabric underneath when you open the lid. It is very cheaply made and I wouldn’t recommend if you have small kids who jump or climb on furniture.

Not that great
I like the color and storage area, but that’s about it. Everything sticks to this material and it looks dirty all the time. It is not sturdy enough to sit on let alone to put your knees on it, because one of the wooden boards broke. I would pay a little more and get a sturdier ottoman with an easier to clean material like faux leather or leather.

Only in use a few months and already broke. My 180lb. husband sat on this twice ever to put his shoes on and the lid collapsed (thin wood under the upholstery snapped). There's a giant dent in the top now.

This product is made of cheap material. A person cannot sit on it. It cracked the first time someone tried. Fabric looks decent but the quality is not good.

Beauty only skin-deep
I love the look of this ottoman and the vast storage compartment inside for extra pillows and blankets. And the bench seat was wonderful for sitting on to put on shoes... until it wasn't. My husband (who is not a large man), rested one knee on it to fix the covers at the end of our bed one day, and the framing inside of the bench lid gave way. Checked my warranty--we were about six weeks outside of the brief 90-day warranty. Very disappointing, as it wasn't what I'd consider cheaply priced -- we paid about $37 per months of its useful life. Buyer beware!

The beige ottoman appears more yellow than the sample photo. The fabric is very thin and you can see the sponge lining right through the material. It also seem very light and not durable, I returned it.

Not worth the money
The ottoman did no hold up my weight alone. (I weighed 150lbs) The wood broke right through after a couple of uses. I would highly recommend you put that money into a better quality one.

My husband and I really like this ottoman! It’s been great to use as a coffee table in our small apartment. Our plan was to use it mostly as a coffee table and then move it to our dining table for extra seating when we have friends over for dinner. It’s done the job! It’s a little short for our dining table, so we have to put pillows under us, too, but that’s not a huge problem. The one thing that concerns us is that it seems that it might break easily on us. my husband sat too fast onto it one time, and we heard it crack.
