Popped it in and the water flowed a lot faster. The water seems to be super clear and it was very easy to install. Didn’t need the instruction but it was packaged nice and they were clear.

Need to put a paper towel underneath when you release the other one the trips out a little bit not too bad. But you don’t have to shut off the water at least on my refrigerator I didn’t have to. We don’t have a problem with our water but the filtered water tasted O.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an LG refrigerator and this Mist replacement filter fits perfectly. it also works with Kenmore brands as well The filter is good for 200 gallons which is about every 4 to 6 months of use. My husband replaced this filter very easily, and we did have to flush a few gallons of water through the filter cartridge before we could use it. All in all, we are very happy with our new water filter.

After flushing it out with a couple gallons of water, the clean water had a nice crisp and clean taste to it without any funny smells. I definitely recommend it.
