Broken tumbler
I loved the tumbler, but aftering waiting 4 days, it was received damaged due to the fact it was placed in a box with no wrapping to protect it during shipping. The box was crushed,also plastic on top for lid was broken. Do not understand how it was just put in box like that. I order alot online and have never received something not protected , also a retired team member and soo dispointed to see this happen
