Bought it But never got it... I was very excited about this tumbler. I "purchased" the 20oz green one. it said it was shipped and then nothing.... Why? Why was it oversold to the point of not shipping it out to legitimate purchasers? Finally I request a refund. VERY disappointing Target

Doesn’t retain the heat.
The flip top doesn’t flip back far enough. My nose touches up to it. Even after preheating the bottle with hot water, newly brewed coffee doesn’t stay hot for more than 3 hours.

Perfect for Busy Parents
My husband and I love our coffee and tea and our Aerolights have been the perfect way to enjoy our beverages in the midst of being busy. These tumblers keep our drinks hot and cold for hours so we can enjoy them throughout the day and don't have to keep reheating if we forget about them. Also, they are the right size for our car cupholder and leak proof so I can quickly stash them in my purse when in a hurry. The colors are also beautiful. I just wish the customization option was available again. But otherwise this is a great quality and stylish product!

Scratch and denta
The ones that came in a Stanley box arrived just fine but the ones that were just hand packed were scratched. It’s really frustrating when you want something, it’s hard to find, and after waiting a week it shows up damaged. It happens way too often. I’m probably done with cups for a while or if I bother I’ll only purchase them in person.
