Pretty Tumbler
I didn’t read the reviews before ordering about so many receiving their tumblers damaged and being carelessly thrown in a box with lack of packing material to protect it while being shipped. I was nervous waiting on it and hoping for the best. I was so relieved when it arrived it was not damaged because it’s a Xmas present. It’s a very pretty tumbler and was glad I was able to get a Wicked one.

Completely disappointed at the poor packing for this item. What a waste for all these cups to be shipped and damaged when a few cents in better filling in the box would have prevented it. Very discouraging.

Great product ruined by thoughtless packaging
I purchased the Elphaba for Good Stanley. I was so excited to see that the package had delivered only to be disappointed when I opened the box. Whoever packaged the box didn’t even have common sense enough to wrap the cup before putting it in the shipping box. The cup has been scratched by the cardboard box and is dirty. I’m sure that from the looks of the box that it was tossed about during shipping. Target shame on you. Your customers spend way too much money for your team members to not care about the customer and how they represent your brand. Maybe, the Stanley brand should also consider better packaging. I can’t give an accurate review about the quality of the item because I plan to exchange it for another in store. Hopefully I can give a proper review soon. Aside from the imperfections, the cup is beautiful!

The cup itself is beautiful and a great gift for the Glinda fan! The packaging to ship this item was awful. The cup was put in a box three times its size and the cup rolled around in the box. I’d expect Target to package a $55 cup better.
