Knock off or manufacturing defect?
I bought this as a gift for a Wicked lover but will be returning because the cup is lacking the etched Elphaba hat and monkeys...the whole part that makes it a "Wicked" cup! Not sure if this is a knock off or a bad manufacturing error. Either way, I'm very returning and can't even get a replacement because it's sold out. So disappointed!

Wicked beauty
Beautiful tumbler. Bought it for my SO as she carries a stanley daily and it was showing some wear and tear. She’s a huge wicked fan, so she loved it, of course. Just wish the adhesive they use to hold on the label wasn’t so hard to remove.

Chipped Cup
I love the cups. But you guys charged me full price for a cup that was previously returned and put back on the site for sale. I picked it up yesterday. The cup has dents and is chipped in different places. I didn't think you guys would put something that is clearly a clearance item back on the site for full price. This is a gift item and now I can't gift it. Thanks for your time. Please don't charge full price like this incident again.

Do Better when Shipping
The product is great, Target Shipping is BAD! This is my 2nd shipment of these cups. Because 1st order came tossed in a box with 0 protection. The straw poked a hole in the box. they hit together the whole time and had dents and marks all over them. My 2nd shipment arrived today same thing. Only they are completely sold out so I have to keep these. So disappointed
