Knock off or manufacturing defect?
I bought this as a gift for a Wicked lover but will be returning because the cup is lacking the etched Elphaba hat and monkeys...the whole part that makes it a "Wicked" cup! Not sure if this is a knock off or a bad manufacturing error. Either way, I'm very returning and can't even get a replacement because it's sold out. So disappointed!

Beautiful tumbler. Bought it for my SO as she carries a stanley daily and it was showing some wear and tear. She’s a huge wicked fan, so she loved it, of course. Just wish the adhesive they use to hold on the label wasn’t so hard to remove.

I love the cups. But you guys charged me full price for a cup that was previously returned and put back on the site for sale. I picked it up yesterday. The cup has dents and is chipped in different places. I didn't think you guys would put something that is clearly a clearance item back on the site for full price.
