[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this roller to releive tension in my back. earlier i used to rely on other appliances to do the trick but nothing really helped out. this has been a great myofascial release tool for my back and has helped me out a lot. the only drawback would be that it doesnt hold very well and that is something the product needs to work on

First I will say it did take me a minute to fit it to my doorframe but after that it was easy to use. It felt great on my back and my calves!! It has a small knob you can put on it for target areas, I didn't really care for that piece but it did work. Super easy to use and recommend to others and will keep using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a standard floor roller for a while so I was curious about how this one would compare. I concluded that this one is a major upgrade. The best feature in my opinion is the ability to work over the entire body. This is especially helpful as my back has recently become a weak spot and my shoulders tend to tighten up due to my job. I also like that the roller allows me to apply as much or as little pressure I’d like because not all areas need working over the same way. Initially I did encounter some slight issues with getting the bar to stay in place but I was able to work those out fairly easily. This is a high quality roller that is great for body conditioning.

Depending on where you position the bar you can hit different muscle groups. Shifting position is quick and easy. I enjoy using the pressure point attachment for a sore spot on my shoulder. I keep it high in the door frame when not in use so it's always available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new Mobility Wall roller! I’ve been using my standard foam roller for years and now have a huge upgrade. No more struggling to get down on the floor and back up again. I liked the foam roller but was difficult to hit all areas of the body. With the Mobility Wall, you can have a full-body massage with very little effort. The tightening knobs allow for quick up and down adjustments. I put markers on my door frame so I can easily slide the roller to my desired positions. The roller stays firmly in position no matter how much pressure is applied. I really like the small ball attachment for targeting my neck. The roller is a great design and seems very well built. I expect it will last a long time. The Mobility Wall is an awesome product and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and easy self body massage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently started using the Mobility Wall Smooth Roller to help massage those hard to reach muscles. The unit easily mounts in any doorway. You can mount it at any height you want so you can position it at different points to massage different muscles. The rollers are smooth, but very firm to help really work deep into your muscles. The rollers move smoothly an you dictate the pressure. I was very surprised of the weight of the unit. As it is very sturdy and solid it does have a bit of heft to itself. Great product!

I'm a hard working mom of three who tries to fit in working out so between that and every day stress, my body is sore and I don't take care of myself like I should. This was fairly simple to put in the doorway, but I found it worked better in some than others. Maybe it was just mine, but I felt like it moved a bit of you don't have a fairly square and flat frame, if that makes sense. It held pretty steady as I worked my back in this. I found I had to have it at just the right height to use it on all my back so I wasn't constantly readjusting. You can use this on your legs as well which is neat. I'm not sure I would use this as much as I would like though as I would have to take it down and then put it back up after every use as I don't have a doorway that I could leave it in longer. Otherwise, neat concept.

It's easy to use for any age . It allows you do the they exercises standing vs. Sitting or laying down. We are happy

I was able to set it up by myself and tighten to the door frame. Loved the massage on my upper back, felt great. The only issue I had was to tighten on the left hand side the ring came out of the roller but once I figured out where it went it worked great.

When I have used rollers previously I put them on the ground and then roll up and down on it. This is different. It connects to a door frame so you can roll out your neck or back very easily. It's larger than expected and seems to be very well built.

This roller is super easy to set up and lets you get at places you usually wouldn't be able to reach. I have a tight neck and shoulder muscles from being at a desk all day and this guy let's me some extra leverage without rolling around on the floor with the dust and dog hair. Been using it every morning. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mobility Wall with smooth roller relieves my back pain. I have scoliosis and have been doing stretching exercises most of my life. This helps me work out the lower pain. The set up was easy; my mobility bar came out of the box ready to use. Just twist the ends to extend it to fit your door frame. Be careful because this is not a chin up bar. You use pressure to work your muscles and that pressure is towards the bracket. Be sure to tighten it up firmly as mine fell onto my wood floor; totally my fault. I like that you can store it up high on the door frame; then move it to the height for each movement. The instructions include a QR code that links to lots of short informative videos that target specific muscle groups, including sciatica. It really is simple to use and helps with pain!

And 1 sided I forgot all about the things that could do Vibrations with the mobility of my back shoulder's legs and everything wear... It seems to warm up my body not might be in my mind , But it has really helped my shoulders and back It is quite heavy to you so it does take to people to hold it for me but they do and it works! I'm trying to see how I can get this attached to the wall so I can use it by myself And I'm sure I will. It's an awesome thing.

When I finally did get it secured and hopefully ready to use, it still kept sliding down the frame and felt hard as a rock. It might work perfectly for specific door frames but it it wasn't a great fit for mine.

And it is great for any other parts that need stress, pain, tension release. It does included an instructional app which is great because I rather see a visual than read instructions on how to use a product!
