These interlocking floor tiles were easy to assemble in the pattern we wanted in our spare room to make it feel like a light home gym/ workout room. The cat scratches on the tiles occasionally which leaves a mark since these are not heavy duty. Dragging stuff along them will also gouge the material. For our purposes, these work great!

I bought these for my home gym in the basement. It’s right next to a door, the laundry room, and everything else in the basement. So they’ve seen a lot of traffic, and still look fairly new! I do wipe them down after every workout, but there has been very little separation and fraying in the 6 months I’ve had them!

As an apartment dweller, I got this to muffle the sound of my late-night home workouts. They work by suppressing the sounds when jumping, but they do slip and slide on hardwood floors. As a pup owner, these mats have turned into a playmat mat, and it works great as that too. The material makes it easy to wipe away any accidents.
