About the Author

DONALD E. LIVELY is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Toledo in Ohio, where he teaches and writes extensively on communications law. Professor Lively has published extensively in law reviews and journals and is recognized in particular for his contributions to First Amendment literature concerning the media.
