A: Hello, here are the steps to use the strap correctly and conveniently. If you need more detailed information, please contact our customer service team directly @ support@momcozy.com Step 1: Position the carrier facing inward, with the body panel centered on your body. Thread the male end of the buckle through the elastic safety loop and fasten the safety buckle until you hear a "click". Tighten the waist belt to snugly fit above the hips. Step 2: Adjust the shoulder strap length. Bring the left shoulder strap across your back and secure it in the right-side buckle. Step 3: While holding the baby on your right side, first guide their right leg under the left-side buckle of the back strap, followed by the left leg. Ensure the baby is properly positioned. Step 4: Lift the right shoulder strap around your back and secure it into the buckle on the left side. Step 5: Ensure the body panel remains free of creases, then tighten both straps to achieve a comfortable and secure fit for both adults and babies. Step 6: Verify that the baby is seated in an ergonomic "M" position for safety. Roll up any dangling straps and secure them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was too wide for a baby to fit the body properly, and all the weight sat on the shoulders so half an hour into carrying the baby the pain was killing me. It is a shame that is poorly designed as the material seems lasting but as I said is not supportable for 3 month baby to stay comfortably and super hard to carry older and heavier babies with all the weight being on the shoulders.

Product states can be worn for 2 months old but its too big even for 4months old. Their leg will be stretched too much. Its not easy to wear. Too big for my body. Maybe okay for the husband. I am an average size 5’5” mom.

I’ve tried a few different carriers/wraps and I find this one the best! It’s super easy to get my little one in and out of and adjust by myself. It’s very comfortable for bother me and him making going hand free so much easier.

When this carrier is adjusted properly it’s super comfortable. However I’m only able to adjust it when my partner is with me, I’m unable to tighten the sides on my own as it’s so stiff so am not really able to use it. Such a shame!

Hardly ever leave reviews but I felt like I had to to help the fellow parents out there. I had tried a number of carriers, and some were very well known brands and much pricier, too. This carrier is lightweight and baby feels very secure in it. Very easy to use and get on and off. A “must have” in my opinion.
