Q: What flanges does this pump come with multiple flanges or just 24's?

A: Just 24 you will need to purchase flange inserts. They do not carry in stores. Amazon is the best place to get them. You can get a 6 pack for 8$

A: Hello, this mainly depends on the diameter of the nipple. The largest flange currently available is 27mm. You can measure it first. As long as the flange size is suitable, mothers with large breasts can also use it.

A: Hi, please clean the silicone fittings after each use, you can also sterilize them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If you pump more frequently, then you don't need to sterilize it after every use.

Do your research before purchasing
Waste of money. Device had a leak, The motors were also overheating after fifteen minutes. Target would not refund because it's used. I understand that part, but if it's a manufacturing flaw, I'd expect it to be damaged out sent back and refunded. The company gave me the run around and sent ONE breast pump. I paid 107 dollars plus tax for TWO. A set of breast pumps. Will never purchase from this brand again.

Please try the following steps: If the pump has no suction, please remove the motor from the cup set and press the "Expression" mode from the lowest to the highest level while repeatedly blocking and releasing the pump hole with your thumb. If there is suction, it will leave a suction mark on your thumb. If you are experiencing any issues with charging, could you please verify the specifications of your power adapter? It should be either 5V-1A or 5V-2A. If the power adapter doesn't fit properly, the battery may not charge correctly. Also, are you attempting to use the breast pump while it's charging? Please note that it cannot be used while charging. If it is a button malfunction, please check if the motor has been dropped/hit, as it may malfunction. Terrible suction
I’ve barely had it for two weeks and it’s starting to lose its suction. It’s also pretty loud when pumping. The battery life is good for a few pumps and then when it’s low it barely sucks. It doesn’t stay in place pretty good unless the bra is tight and if not put on right it will leak

DO NOT BUY!
Not what I expected. My manual hand pump doesn’t seem more efficient of a job than this one. Go for a hospital grade machine that is worth your money. The rubber seal consistently snaps open with out notice and you’ll end up spilling all the work done to pump. The actual pump mechanism isn’t strong enough to stimulate milk supply. The nipple suction sucks and often breaks the seal causing leakage too.

Uncomfortable

The seal is pretty annoying to get on. And once you do have it on, there’s been several times where it opens back up and leaks everywhere. It would be nice to have the on an occasion when you need to pump and cant wait to get home. My spectra does a much better job overall.

Just not useful
I bought this pump hoping to be hands free at the office. Unfortunately, it is just an awful product. I have a private office and it is so loud that everyone can hear it anyway. Way louder than my other pump. I bought it in store so didn't see the reviews. Target obviously won't let me return it but i think it's incredibly unfair that they're even continuing to sell such a terrible product considering these reviews. I even bought the protection plan just in case but no one is willing to stand behind this product and give me my money back. It sucks to have just thrown $130 away and it seriously makes me reconsider shopping at target for these products again. I had considered target a trustworthy retailer but this is worse than a brandless item on amazon.

I just want to cry. My milk supply dipped after being sick and I’ve been working VERY hard to increase it. I bought this pump because I needed something hands free and this was the worse pump to buy. I am soo tired of my milk leaking out from the bottom of this poorly designed pump. I’m angry and want my $$ back! I really don’t have $120 to just throw away but this thing is trash. If you want to waste breast milk buy this

Saved my EP journey
Absolutely LOVED this pump. I loved it so much that I bought a second set. These were the only way I made it through my EP journey. Honestly, these were my primary pump and thankfully emptied me better than any other pump I’ve tried. The only time they leaked was when I moved too much or didn’t secure the flange correctly which was just a handful of times. If I need to EP, for our next baby, I will definitely be using these.

I cried
I cried for an hour because no matter what we did it wouldn’t pump and when it did the one leaked everywhere because one was defective. The one that didn’t leak out the bottom, It suctioned to the breast but it wouldn’t pull the milk. I felt like a failure as a mother and got really depressed. Target policy is no returns on opened items but I called the customer service and I was able to get a refund, so at least there was that, but this pump honestly made everything so much worse and really messed with me emotionally.

My first wearable pump so not 100% sure what to expect but I can say they do not empty me as well as my spectra and they’re kind of painful. I ensured my flange size was correct (same size I use in my spectra) and they always leave me very swollen after a pump session. On the bright side they aren’t super loud and allow me to move around and get tasks done while pumping.

Momcozy Suction Issue
I like that it’s hands free. But the suction is awful. It has good suction for maybe five minutes then the suction is bad. The batteries/pumps die fast you have to put them right back on the charger if you want to have any suction at all after one pump.
