A: Hi, please clean the silicone fittings after each use, you can also sterilize them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If you pump more frequently, then you don't need to sterilize it after every use.

A: Hello, the S9 Pro-K pumps include three sizes of inserts and two 24mm flanges. If you need a 27mm flange, you will need to purchase an additional one.

HORRIBLE pump. I had to buy a whole new pump as i got the mom cozy free with insurance. You can’t see in regard to placement of your nipple and was pumping only 3 oz for the whole 30 min pumping session. I switched to a spectra and doubled that. Save your $$$, and your time and energy and pick another pump!

Bought these in hopes of freeing up my hands to take care of a toddler and newborn. They are super user friendly and do a great job of emptying my breast. I have a larger set and they do a great job. Only issue I have it making sure they are on properly so they don’t tug and hurt. Not an issue after making sure the flanges are on properly but first try and I lost some milk because I didn’t snap the silicone flanges on completely tight. Would recommend to any and all moms!

Defective product. Motors stopped working after one week. This pump also leaks frequently. Waste of money. Both motors stopped working only after 1 week?? How did it pass the quality assurance test? I do not recommend the product!

Unfortunately one of my pumps doesn’t work after only 2 months of use. I contacted MomCozy customer support and i have been getting multiple different emails telling me to do different things. I am not getting an answer and it’s taking me an hour each morning to use one pump to empty both sides in order to feed my baby. So frustrating. Wont purchase from this brand again :(

This is my second Momcozy pump. I originally bought the s12 which I LOVED but unfortunately after 1 month of use, the motor of one of the pumps died. I purchased this pump as a replacement. Again, great pump, but after less than 3 days of use, one of the motors died. I am incredibly disappointed. What a waste of time and money.

Pro: Suction was great! Better than the momcozy M5. Output was more. Con: LEAKED every single time. If it wasn’t the right side it was the left. All of the milk GONE. So disappointing and frustrating. It didn’t matter how secure I thought I had it together. It didn’t matter if I was sitting still straight up with a tight pumping bra on. The momcozy m5 silicone shape is alot better and never leaked. Loved it so much. Unfortunately one of the motors went out after 3 months of use. Figured I would try this one to save $100. Big mistake. If you’re a just enough supplier like me I would not waste your money on the momcozy s9.

They are great, when the actual work….. I had mine for about two months before one side stopped working. Now they work at random and sometimes won’t even charge. They also sometimes don’t turn off😅. I loved them originally and just wish they worked properly so I could actually use them more often. All in all the are handy, but I wouldn’t waist over a hundred dollars for a month or so of the working.

Seen nothing but good reviews for this product only for it to be untrue. The motor went out after only 2 weeks of use. It leaks I thought maybe I didn’t have it sitting correct or the wrong flange size but I was doing everything right and it continued to leak. They’re are also very loud when I was under the impression they were quiet. They also do not fully empty I will be engorged and still be once they’re done.Definitely will be using the one I just got through insurance!

Horrible pump! For the money that you spend and the importance that these pumps should serve, they are trash. I have gone through 2 sets of these pumps in the last month. Pumping is already taxing enough, and adding a pump that only works half the time adds so much more stress to busy moms. The motor stopped working suddenly on one, and the pieces fall out of the other, even after using the supplied backups. Don’t waste your money!

I really wanted to love this pump because it had great reviews, but it’s so bulky, especially if you are busty. I can’t wear these and hold my baby at the same time. I also get a lot less milk, when I use these compared to my lansinoh machine. The product itself is great quality and comes with plenty of add ons, the packaging makes it feel very high end, it’s just so uncomfy that I only use it when I have to and even then it just doesn’t get the job done.
