A: You should sit up straight to use this pump or you risk getting the motor wet from milk. I do squats if I have to pick something up while using this pump.

A: Thank you for your question. The M9 pump can be controlled directly by the button. It can be used for 150 minutes on a full charge.

A: Hi, the noise level of the M9 pump is less than 42dB when pumping. It may be used in a relatively quiet environment. The noise level of the M5 and M6 pumps is less than 50dB when in operation, and the noise level of the S9 Pro pump is less than 45dB.

A: Hi, thank you for your question. Our products are packaged with a Charging cable (USB2.0/Type-C line)but not with a power adapter. Please make sure to use the power adapter which matches the USB 2.0 interface, and please make sure the input power of the power adapter is AC 100~240V 50/60 Hz and the output power is DC 5V=2A.

Dont bother
This pump was great for only 3 weeks! After the 3rd week it lost suction. I contacted momcozy and they said they can only replace one. After I did that the second pump lost suction 2 days later. They tell you that you have to replace the parts every month ! I’ve spent about 100 dollars already and the replacement pump still hasn’t came. My bay just turned 4 weeks and I’m out of a pump looking for one because I’m waiting on the replacement . Don’t waste your money on something that’s going to break and you need to constantly replace the parts.

Brakes too easy
I purchased this for my daughter, she had this for a month and the flame piece that connects to the duck bill keeps breaking she has had to replace them five times it’s costing so much money for these replacements. They are $25.00 for one!

As a first time mom, I wasn’t sure which breast pump to buy. After reading tons of reviews, I’m thankful to share how much I love my M9 Momcozy Mobile Flow pumps. I use my M9 pumps everywhere I go. Working as an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nurse, it can be hard for me to step off the unit for a for a formal pump break. My M9 pumps have allowed me to quickly pump to provide nutrition for my baby. As you can see I have quite a collection of back up parts. This is my daily set up when I’m heading into work. One of the best parts of the mobile flow pumps is the ability to easily store milk using the storage lids. The biggest change I’ve noticed since using it is the amount of time I’ve saved at work not having to store milk and clean parts. Having two of the same pumps allows me to keep one at work and one with me on the go! Mamas I highly recommend you pick one up today! #PumpReview

great customer care, terrible product. it works half the time, the app is not worth using IF you can get it to connect. love that it has 15 settings, but it's almost too much. the product is difficult to clean, compared to others like my medela, and use on the run as it has to be completely dry and all parts need to be "built" before storing. the design of the "bottle" catches and loses a lot of milk in all the crevices.

Overall a really good pump. I love it now that I don’t have a crazy oversupply. I love that you can customize your settings in the app, and have multiple pump cycles saved. It does have a lot of parts, which makes cleaning and assembly a little annoying, but it’s definitely a good pump to have. It has a ton of different settings, and preset modes in the app, and the collection cups come with little lids to easily store milk in the fridge.

#pumpreview The Momcozy M9 was my first pump that I owned. I loved the look of it from the day I received it and the case was amazing as well I was able to fit everything I need inside of it. The pumps flanges are soft when in the skin but have a hard part to them as well. I use mine mostly at work and in the car but lately it has just been at every pump during the day. I get the same output as I do with my Medela but this is way more convenient and comfortable and I can do multiple things at the same time or actually sit and relax in my comfy chair vs the folding chair I have by my wall pump. Overall the biggest thing this pump did for me was make it so that pumping wasn’t horrible and it made me not want to give up as I was able to pump on the go and wherever I needed to be. The only hiccup I rant into was the flange attaching to the collection cups. It would keep breaking since then they have upgraded the way the set is made and the last set I bought has actually not broken in a while. The trick is to not pull the flanges and collection cup apart but to twist everything off first the collection cup then the duck valve part off the flange.

This pump allows me to travel anywhere I want to I don't need to be plugged into the wall. I get a great level of output and it's really quiet. It's super nice to use when I'm on the go or at work overnight you can hardly even hear it while I'm pumping

Convenient but shifty
BF mom of 4 children total. This pump is cute, convenient, and costly. Mostly, it works great. It’s super discreet and functional. I hate the bluetooth part of it. I have never connected it and probably wont. Actually after using this I feel weird pulses on my breast which makes me think it’s radiation from the bluetooth. I don’t need that extra damaging stuff. I am researching a similar pump WITHOUT that. Sometimes this pump is a beast and other times it frustrates me so bad! Especially when I am pumping from work and have limited space and time. The top is always hard to come off, milk spills soo much! I actually cried a few times. Other than the limited functions, leaks, and electrical pulses it’s ok. The price needs to be reduced for the leaking alone! And the difficulty disassembling to pour your milk in the bags!!

The worst!
Terrible pumps!! I bought these because I needed to replace one of my Elvie pumps. I figured it was cheaper to buy these 2 than 1 new Elvie and the suction grade was supposed to be better. I can't even get more than 1.5oz on the highest setting. My Elvie's give me 3-4oz on a medium setting in the same timeframe. I do NOT recommend these.

Pricey with a side of low quality
Pricey with a side of low quality. I bought this in hopes of having a great exclusive breast pumping journey. It’s been anything but that. I bought this April 15 only for it to break down now. It is currently June 27 as I write this review. I reached out to customer service on Momcozy and basically got the run around. Luckily target was amazing enough to process my return as defective bc let’s be real, IT IS. Since purchasing this pump I’ve had breast mastitis TWICE, one of my flange parts completely snapped and I noticed that the suction on one of them stopped working as hard. Anytime I would pump I would have such an uncomfortable feeling through out the entire session. I knew something was wrong but figured since I spent an arm & a leg on this that I’d just deal with it. It wasn’t until I saw that I have a 1 year warranty on it that I decided to take action. I’m so glad I did and I’m so grateful to target for helping me with that. There’s so much better out there, don’t waste your time on this one. It hurts if you do, literally.

Not what I expected
I was really hopeful about the MomCozy, but overall, I’m disappointed—especially given the high price. It’s a very expensive product, and in my opinion, it’s just not worth the cost. One of the biggest issues is how heavy it is. Wearing it around the house is uncomfortable, especially if you have larger breasts—it just doesn’t feel practical for everyday use. The app also makes no sense. You have to physically turn the product on before the app even works, which defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. There should be a simpler, more intuitive system in place. Another frustrating aspect is the lack of clear instructions. Figuring out how to open the case and take it apart to pour the milk is confusing, and it’s way too easy to spill. For such a pricey item, I expected a more user-friendly design and better guidance on how to use it properly. I wouldn’t recommend it unless some serious improvements are made.

The pump leaks constantly unless if you stay completely still, I would definitely not recommend it. In addition, there are way too many parts that need to be dismantled and put together...the whole process becomes too complicated and time-consuming, the price is definitely not justified
