I just got this 2 days ago. I followed the instructions. Charged it to full. Turn them on and they are extremely loud and very little suction, even when turned up to 15. Was really hoping to like these.

Motor went out a month after purchasing it. The case would be closed but one pump would randomly turn on and make the pumping noise but wouldn’t suck when it was actually on me.

Air 1 are totally worth it!
I got this maybe two weeks ago. It was a gift from my little sister. And I love it tbh! I love the convinece, the app, the how slim it is and the charging case. Its so small it fits in my bookbag purse. There are a lot of parts, however it doesnt really bother me. It isn't as quiet as my M5 but its my efficient. I love the different modes. It has 15. I also love the preset settings as well. Plus I can easily make my own preset settings. My output as slightly increased with it. I only pump at work or as needed. I usually pump about 30oz at work but now I am sneaking up on 30 oz.

Overall I do like these. I've only ever used the momcozy M5s so that will be used for comparison. Pros: app controlled, charging case, good cup capacity, comfortable, easy enough to do fridge method for storage, good suction. Battery life is good Cons: louder than M5s, makes weird "clicking" noises occasionally, putzy to put together, more parts to wash and keep track of.

Terrible quality for the price
The reason I got this pump because I will back to work soon and I want to have something that discreet while provide comfort. This pump delivered what I need. The suction was okay, felt like wearing the cheaper version of this brand, the M5 and this unit was lightweight comparing the pumps that I have. BUT, aside from those, this pump has horrible quality for the price point. For $359, the container made from really thin and cheap material that if you push the parts a little harder (which most of the part you need to push and pull out) will eventually break easily. The other parts of the pump are also annoying because they are weirdly shaped and made from sticky silicon, they are hard to clean and dry, also the silicon will stick into fabric fibers or any kind of small particles and make it dirty before I put it on my breast. The noise level was terrible too, it was really loud comparing to my Eufy S1 pro. Lastly, when you're on the pump, the little indicator lights won't turn off, so everyone will know that you have something on your chest, which make it lost the whole point of being discreet.

Don't waste your money
There are things about this pump that are nice but it is not worth the money and is a little frustrating. The charging case and long charge are nice. The slimness is nice when worn in the bra but that’s where the good qualities end. I have had 4 babies and over the years 7 different breast pumps. I wish I could return it. The pump is loud and there is always milk left in the pumping part that don’t go into the collector. You can run the pump with it off to get most to go into the collector but you shouldn’t have to do that. I have never spilled as much milk when trying to empty the pump as I have with this one. I put a towel down before dumping the milk it’s so bad. What a waste. The app is also horrible. Willow has a much better app. I have the willow go and the motif aura glow which are much much better pumps. Don’t waste your money on the mom cozy air 1. There are also so many things you have to wash. It’s not the easiest to disassemble.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that your pump is not working properly. Here are some quick troubleshooting steps: Regarding the noise, if you just started using it: A quick video would be incredibly helpful. Could you please film these steps, keeping the motor level and the mode the same for each recording? 1. First, remove the milk bowl and all accessories. Turn on the motor alone and record the sound. 2. Next, install the milk bowl and accessories, turn it on again, and record the sound. 3. Finally, wear the pump as usual, turn on the motor, and record the sound. Please note that some wear over time can lead to increased noise. **If the product is no longer working properly, please contact our after-sales team at support@momcozy.com and attach your receipt so that we can quickly handle it for you.

Wowwww! My very first wearable breast pump and I have to say these things work exactly like they say. It’s not loud at least not to me. You do tend to forget you have it on once it on… Definitely not waking your partner with this thing because like I said it’s not loud. It makes noise of course because it’s a breast pump but it’s not ridiculous like most of these comments are claiming. It’s a must buy and must have sure. I have one other pump but I use this one the most because it’s my favorite

Works great, until it decides to no longer work after 5 montbs
I have been using it for 5 months now, and I loved it!! Until…the right pump motor stopped working completely, it won’t turn on or charge. If it broke after a year I would understand and not be upset, but for a pump to stop working when it is not used as a primary pump is disappointing.

Hello, we apologize that this pump did not meet your expectations. Regarding the inability to charge: 💡️ Please check if the motor has power. 💡️ If the motor has no power, make sure the motor is off, use the magnetic cable to charge the motor directly, and see if the charging indicator light on the motor is on. 💡️ If the motor has no power, make sure the motor is off and the charging compartment is fully charged (the four indicator lights are on), use the charging compartment to charge the motor, and see if the motor charging indicator light is on and if the charging compartment indicator light is on. Regarding the inability to turn on, please try the following steps: 🔔 Make sure the motor is fully charged, and remove the milk bowl & accessories. Do the following operations in order: 💡️ Charge the motor with the magnetic cable or charging case and confirm whether the motor indicator light is on. 💡️ Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to confirm whether the motor indicator light is on. 💡️ Select any mode through the app or button, put a tissue in the suction port, and see if the tissue is sucked. **If the issue persists, please contact our after-sales team at support@momcozy.com and attach your receipt so that we can quickly handle it for you.

The best mobile pump
My favorite pump ever. I’ve used 5+ other pumps. I use with the Elvie silicone inserts. The pump is finicky to put together and you have to redo it if there isn’t suction. I wash using my momcozy bottle washer. Quiet enough to pump during a Teams call. Slim profile.

Sleek, portable, and discrete, but falls short in some areas
I think the MomCozy Air 1 Breast Pump is great for moms who want a discrete, anytime anywhere pump. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to test out this pump! My first impression of the pump was that all of the materials are very high quality and seem to be very durable. I felt very comfortable popping it into my bra even out in public, and nobody took a second glance at me. The charge on the case lasts for a very long time, so it’s great for busy moms who can’t necessarily remember to charge the pump/case after every use. The area I thought needed some improvement was the design and practicality of the travel case. I want to start by saying that the travel case is very compact and cute, but this is where it falls short. The travel case does not come with any way of storing pumped milk and keeping it cold. For example, If I am at work, and I want to pump milk and keep it cold for the remainder of the day, I need to bring a cold pack, an extra bottle to put the milk in, and another bag to keep all of it in, therefore defeating the function and purpose of the compact carrying case the pump comes in. Yes, the pump comes with covers that go over the flanges, but if I want to store the expressed milk inside the pump and put the covers on the flange, it will not fit in the carrying case. Also, I tried storing the expressed milk in the pump one day, and by the end of the day it had all leaked out with a mess all over my bag. In short, the sleek and compact carrying case is great in theory, but does not serve its purpose in practice. I still have not been able to just take my pump in the carrying case anywhere without an additional bag, bottle, and cold pack. I would recommend this pump to a mom who plans on using it around the house, or somewhere with access to a refrigerator, but I would not recommend this pump to a mom who wants to use it on the go.

Looks Good, Feels Better!
I am so grateful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the MomCozy Air 1 Breast Pump - it arrived at the most perfect time in my life, and it was an absolute dream to have with me during a big move. I was using a typical breast pump prior to receiving this one, where I was stuck in a chair (more specifically, to a wall) the entire time, unable to move or do much else besides pump and scroll. Then came this beautiful portable breast pump that saved me so much time and sanity! I used it while packing and unpacking and moving with a toddler and a baby, and it was a Godsend. First off, it's a beautiful soft and translucent pink that made me feel good wearing it- I know nobody can see it, but I can, and knowing that it was a pretty pump made me feel good while wearing it too. The carrying case is also very pretty; a nice, sturdy hard case with a leather covering that honestly doesn't even look like a case for pumps! I also appreciated that it came with different flange sizes because I am definitely not the standard size of 21mm. They truly thought of everything when it came to presentation and convenience for the moms. And probably the most important part for breast pumps - does it actually empty you out or not? For me, it emptied me out completely! I loved the suction on these things, and I also loved that it was pretty quiet for the suction power. Again, I've never used any other portable pumps before, but these were so good that I don't care to try any others. They didn't get in the way of any daily tasks (ie, packing boxes, washing dishes, working on my laptop, etc), and they were quiet enough that the noise didn't seem to bother anyone around me. I also thought portable breast pumps were a little too obnoxious with how big they were under shirts, but I didn't feel like that when using these. I also worried about the breast pumps losing suction if I moved around too much or got sweaty (honestly aren't moms always so sweaty??) but these stayed put until I removed them - a HUGE plus! I was packing boxes, tending to my toddler and baby, and even cooking while wearing these, truly working up a sweat, and they still worked so well through it all. I would definitely recommend this pump for all moms, but especially for active moms and moms of multiples who have to move around a lot. It was easy and convenient to charge and clean, too. I like that all of the parts come apart, and it's very straightforward on which parts can and should be washed and cleaned. I especially love that the part that catches the milk comes completely apart for a thorough, deep clean. Overall, it was the first portable breast pump I tried but I was so pleased I would highly recommend to all my mom friends! It was the best thing to have arrived during a move and helped me stay on top of packing and pumping without losing precious time!

Try a different pump
After 4 days of use the breast pump stopped working and battery died in 5 minutes. I’m quite disappointed for the price of the pump. This is an overpriced product for the quality it gives, definitely trying a new brand and requesting for a refund.

Was really excited to try it out, but was let down
I have the Momcozy M9 so a lot of this review is going be pitching the Air 1 against the M9. I got this set of Momcozy Air 1 breast pumps from Stellar Product Testing Panel a few weeks ago and the general feeling is that I love the form and tech (the shape, size, charging case, clear top), but it isn't measuring up to the M9's milk extraction ability for us, even after taking an extra week to test it out before writing the review. It might be a coincidence but I've noticed the maximum I can pump with the Air 1 is about 1oz each side, which isn't normal - my right almost always produce more (left is the lazy one). The 1-oz level in the milk collector also happens to be slightly over the one-way valve. App: I've been using the Momcozy app with my M9 so the operation is the same - I do wish I can create a power-pumping schedule but for now, the customize mode doesn't have the "pause for 10 minutes" option. Cleaning: each side has one extra part (6) than the M9 (5), but between the hot soapy water soak and sterilizer/dryer I have, I don't really feel like it's more work to clean Form: a lot more discreet for sure. The clear top makes it so exciting - I can see my letdowns and milk squirting out. Weight: the weight distribution is mostly close to the breast (vs high and out on the M9) so theorectically it should feel more comfortable but that's not my experience. Maybe I'm just used to the M9. Noise: unless the room is really quiet or someone is right next to you, it's not going to be distracting. But it does make a different kind of noise that may need some getting used to. Maybe the parts need more breaking in? Battery life: seems really great - after a 30-minute pump both sides registered 96% battery level. Charging case: while the idea is great - to be able to keep the pumps charged when I'm away from home (where I can't clean the pumps right away, and would need to put them in the fridge for the next pumping session) - falls short in real life application IMO: see the next point. Fridge hack: The pumps' flanges (and inserts because I'm a 19mm) connect to the motor part of the pump, which makes putting them in a fridge a hassle because the flanges would not be attached to the milk collectors. I now have flanges & inserts that either need washed before using again, or separately stored in the fridge so they don't get dirty. Of course, this point is moot if it's actually fine to refrigerate the motors. Comparatively: the M9 is great in this aspect because I can just remove the motors, push the two flanges together enough to create some suction to keep them together, then they go in the fridge as one piece, keeping contaminant mostly away. (See pic) Assembly: the smaller plastic+silione part that replaces the conventional duckbill valve takes some practice and grit to install. I'm sure with enough practice it'll become second nature, same as putting together the rest of the pump. Volume estimator: constantly inaccurate - the estimates have always been .25 to .75 oz more than the actual, on both sides. All in all, while I was really excited to test these out initially, I don't think this iteration of Air 1 is going to be my go-to pump. It might be a set of great pumps once some of the kinks are sorted out, but for now I'm going to rely on my tried and true M9.
