I had tried other brands, but each time I use them I ended up getting mastitis and this is the only one that I’ve been consistently using that hasnt compromised my output or had any pain. This pump is anything but discreet. Shameful advertising. These are SO LOUD. I have had several wearables, and this is just not it. The price point is so far off. The app is absolutely terrible. I recommend you spend nearly 400 dollars on ANYTHING else.

Great pump with amazing support
I’ve been using the Lacevo breast pump for a while now and wanted to share my experience, especially as the pump is new and there is not many reviews. The pump has been a great fit for me. The suction strength is effective and easy to adjust, and the different modes make it simple to switch between gentle stimulation and stronger expression. I found it efficient and reliable. The motor is also quieter than I expected, which makes it less stressful to use around the house or at night. I also love that it’s lightweight and portable. I’ve taken it with me a few times and it’s so much easier to manage than bulkier pumps. Cleaning is quick too, the parts come apart and reassemble easily. What really stood out though was the customer service. When I had a couple of questions early on, the support team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They even offered a free lactation consult, which I took up, and it made such a difference. The consultant showed me how to get the best positioning and settings, which really improved my sessions. Overall, my experience has been very positive. I know every mum’s journey with pumping is different, but for me the combination of a reliable pump, excellent customer support, and the added lactation guidance has been worth it. Highly recommend.

Moms do not buy this pump!
I really wish I had read the other negative reviews before buying this pump. Unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment. The design is sleek and the marketing makes it look like the perfect solution for busy, working moms but the reality is very different. The pump is uncomfortable to wear and does not express milk efficiently. I went from consistently getting 5 ounces per side with my Eufy pump to barely getting 1 ounce with the Lacevo. What makes this worse is the customer service. They refuse to refund or return the pump, even though you can’t truly know how it performs until you’ve used it. Once you realize it doesn’t work, you’re stuck with it. Target does not help at all either, it’s all up to Lacevo. It’s a beautiful-looking product, but sadly the marketing is the only thing that truly works. I regret this purchase and hope other moms read the reviews before making the same mistake.

Do not buy!
If I could give this pump a zero stars I would. One of the motors came faulty and after the first pump session of 30 mins shut off the motor wouldn’t turn on again. I tried to turn it on multiple times and only until I plugged it into the charger would it start again. I had charged the pumps the night before so that that next morning I would be ready to go. Needless to say I contacted Lacevos customer service via email and they asked me to send in a video of the issue and a couple other things. I did just that and instead was blamed for using a charger that was not the voltage I should be using which was false because it the correct voltage and also initially I never sent in the image of the voltage of the charger only the image of the charger itself. Anyways after going back and forth they continuously asked me to mess with the motor and send more videos as of the ones I sent weren’t enough. For a $350 I would imagine they would have better customer service and if there was a specific voltage the motor needed why not provide the charger not just the cables. DO NOT BUY ! if you have issue you won’t get a replacement or anything f

I really wanted to love this pump but unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. There pump ended up hurting me to the extent of causing scabs to form. I only used it three times and never again. Now I’m out $350 for a useless machine. Would not recommend!! Packaging is great and beautiful! But the app as well as the machine suck!

More than likely it sounds like you are using an incorrect flange size for you (please note nipple sizing can change throughout postpartum) and a suction level that is too high for you. There are 12 levels of suction you can choose from. We are actually renowned for having a nice broad suction range, meaning our level 1 is much lower than other pumps. We highly recommend starting off low and increase the suction level to what is comfortable. Alignment is also key please refer to our instruction manual for more tips. I’m having a great experience with the Lacevo & needed to share. I’m 7mo PP & I have been exclusively pumping primarily with my spectra while I’ve been trying to find a portable pump that actually pulls milk. I’ve tried willow, elvie, 3 different momcozy pumps, eufy (basically drained my HSA for this) & with these pumps I never had consistent results and experienced nipple soreness after them despite using the right flanges. As a last ditch effort, I decided to purchase the Lacevo & I’m so so happy with it!!! It’s so comfortable in the bra/on the breast & gentle even at 8/9 suction. It pulls my usual amounts I get with my spectra, which is exactly what I wanted. No pain after and it’s so lightweight, easy to clean. I would agree it’s not as quiet as the other pumps on the market, but I’d rather have noise than no milk. It is more powerful than the others. The app works fine, a little finicky but apps are just a bonus anyway. I did find out you can create your own program on it which is awesome - the only other pumps I know that can do this is the MC Mobile Flow & Air 1. It’s hard to choose a pump with all the influencers flooding reviews these days so as a real mom with no influence I wanted to share my experience and hope it helps another mom looking for a great wearable pump! Breast pump bad
I would love to give this product 0 stars! The output/suction of this pump sucks terribly bad. I’m use to getting 13oz or more in a session and this pump combined barley gives me 4oz between the two breast! The company will not help to see if the motors are bad since they sound like they are barely holding on, they want me to seek a LC!! Not even help to see if the product is defective. Do not waste your money on it.

Love that this pump is actually designed by a mama. You can tell! It's lush, easy to use and includes everything you need. I had no idea my nipple sizing would change so much so the 6 size options and kit with mirror has been really handy. Super happy with how much milk output I get, its the same if not more than my spectra and its the definitely the most I've got with a wearable. The milk pour from the container is a chef's kiss. Also love the little bag to seperate your wet parts when I'm out. Couldn't recommend this pump enough!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thoroughly impressed with the Lacevo breast pump! The branding is super sleek and makes me feel like an executive. It's hands down the most comfortable and thoughtful breast pump I have ever used. from the sizing kit to the included inserts to all the other accessories included. It’s not just a breast pump it’s a breast pumping KIT. I wish I had this as a first time mom. My favorite things about it are the soft silicone material that touches the breast instead of hard plastic, the spout for pouring, the 6oz capacity and the dust covers! The design is just tremendously thoughtful and intuitive, making it easy to use and clean. The suction is strong and adjustable, allowing me to customize my experience & get the same output as my wall pump. The battery life also lived up to its name- amazing. I cannot forget to mention the carrying case, which allows the pumps to stand in the case, has saved me multiple times when I pump in the car (as pictured). The literal only con I could find about this pump is that it’s louder than the other brands. I would give this pump a solid 5 stars if it was quieter. Even so, I highly recommend the Lacevo breast pump to all my fellow breastfeeding moms out there! I truly could go on and on.

Awesome pump, Terrible app
Awesome pump, Terrible app So I actually paid for this pump (vs the influenster reviews on here in which they got a free pump for a review...). Here's my extremely thorough review: PROS: + Pump is quite strong, and can extract about equivalent to my Spectra Gold Portable withough setting to the highest setting + Great curvature, so even with 36DDs the pumps are very comfortable and are slim in design (almost as slim as the Momcozy Air 1)! + The automatic mode is rather convenient, in which it will slowly build in strength over time to transition from stimulation to extraction + The case and accessories are pretty luxurious! The sizing studio seems wasteful if you've been using pumps regularly and are pretty confident with your flange size already, but if this is your first pump ever, have never sized your flanges before, have varying flange sizes or have elastic nipples, this studio is 10/10. Also, it comes with charging cables, cleaning brushes and a bra extender, AND a wet bag?? That's alot of swag! CONS: -The App is complete garbage. It feels like AI made it or a first year coding student took this job for a few dollars. The app simply is disfunctional. The slider for changing the strength of the pump is unresponsive, the time told is only in minutes (which is what the pump itself already tells you), there's no customization to tell the auto mode to stop it short of 30 min (cuz a 30 min pump is pretty long... I prefer only 15 min. Lord help me if I'm busy, in public or forget to check my pumps), the milk log is completely manual and doesn't sense your milk levels as you pump, and the Bluetooth doesn't distinguish which pump is the left or right one. In fact, Lacevo gives you left and right stickers... But the Bluetooth does not consistently label a pump as either left or right, so the stickers are kinda useless. AND THE WORST PART? If you don't have an iPhone (like me), you have to use the Amazon App store (not Google play) to open their app which is super inconvenient, BUT NOW Amazon is deleting their app store from Android devices starting in August 2025... So what happens in August? Are Android users now out of luck??? - The pour spout on top is nice (good flow), but there's no lid so if you bend over it could spill. I would love to have a small cap to place there so I can store it directly into the fridge without having to pour it into another container or bag immediately. - Inside the instruction manual there's a QR code leading you to their app... It's broken. -Its somewhat loud but not booming. People will definitely know you are pumping if you wear this in public or are in a quieter room. Overall, I would recommend the pump if you are comfortable not using the app. If having a good app is important to you though, look elsewhere.
