Elvie Stride Electric Breast Pump

Weakest pump I’ve ever used! Even on the highest setting it’s weak. I get nothing. This pump will ruin your supply. I was an exclusive pumper for my second baby using a spectra and willow go. I wanted to try the elvie stride for my third baby for on the go because it’s quieter than the willow, well it’s quieter because it’s weaker. No way this is hospital grade. Horrible and a waste of money. Get a Willow go over this

I have had FIVE different pumps and this is BY FAR the WORST one! You guys, I NEVER leave reviews but I am begging you please don’t buy this! It will drive you mad! TWICE the milk has come through the tubing and burnt up the motor. WHY WOULD THEY EVER DESIGN A BREAST PUMP LIKE THAT!!? If you pump and stick your pumps in the fridge to use later, be warned the pump will pop off and not stay together and your milk will fall out while pumping!! Unless this pump is 10000% dry, it will not stay sealed!!! EXCUSE ME?? MILK IS WET?? Sorry I’m sooo frustrated!! Returning immediately!!!

I bought this pump for when I go back to work, and I am in love! It works so well, you are able to do things while pumping, easy take apart and set up for easy cleaning. I would recommend this pump to everyone!

Not a great pump. I would leave 1 star if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s cordless. It’s not a strong pump but it can be enough to keep your supply. But the horrible features are the cups. They are simply HORRIBLE, they open super easily with can lick you precious milk, the whole on the top is not secure enough to not lick either. So while you’re pumping you’re really limited with your moves. If you have a toddler or even with your baby you can never put them down or band your body because the milk will lick from the top. I don’t recommend this pump. For that price I’m sure you can find better one, with better features and the most important safer and secure about your milk. I can not tell you how many times I cried over a milk spilled. I’m not an over supply so ever once counts and see that they didn’t care enough to make a better model. So mom’s please be careful when you choose. Think about your precious milk and work to produce them. Look into other brands or models and save yourself the trouble with that one

Bought 1 month ago and it has crapped out already. 2 or 3 weeks in, it freezes up and won’t shut off even with hard reset.

Used 3 times . Gone to use this morning before work in 1 hour and it doesn't charge and won't turn on so now I can't leave my baby milk to go to work

I have a spectra and still this is my primary pump. I love the convenience of it. I have a 7 week old and this gives me the freedom to move around and tend to him while getting my pumps in. My output is double the amount with my spectra and much more comfortable. My only issue is the seal on the cups sometimes wanting to pop open so make sure they are properly on and dry before using. The fridge hack works most of the time but the cups will pop open sometimes. Def recommend this pump.

If I would give no stars I would. I bought it with tubing thinking it would be better suction. At first, I was very pleased. I got about the same amount I was getting with my spectra but that lasted less than a week. After that, I was having to pump for twice as long as I usually do and still not even getting half of what I normally get. I’m so upset I wasted so much money on this pump.

I love this pump. However I’ve only have been using it for 1 week consistently and the battery will not stay charged. After 1 30 minute session it’s already low battery. Other then the part I do really like the pump.

I struggled with breastfeeding and had bought the Elvie Stride while pregnant as I wanted my partner to be part of feeding our little one too. On the second day after his birth, we were worried he wasn’t getting enough milk from my breasts alone so I tried expressing. Now we solely feed him by bottle, using my expressed milk. The Stride is amazing. I can go about my life and express regularly without it being a problem. It works so well and I get amazing amounts of milk (more than we need - we’re able to freeze milk for future dates) due to the excellent fit and suction. It’s not painful or uncomfortable, there is a noticeable tug on the nipples, but it’s quite similar to when the baby is latched and as I say doesn’t hurt. The vibration sound of the pump is quite subtle, my partner and baby can both sleep through it when I am expressing in the night. I currently express every couple of hours in the day, and then once or twice in the nigh, each time for 20-30 minutes (I usually get between 120-250ml of milk each time). I have expressed while cleaning, cooking, in a cafe, in the car, while visiting family, or even when walking to the shops! The only thing I’d change is making it easier to see how much milk is in the cup while expressing. At the minute I can only check by pulling it away from the breast and checking. It’s not a major problem however, as I’m used to the amounts I get each time.

This pump is the SO convenient, it allows you to be on the go and still pump! I found it easy to use on long flights and working on things around the house! Ultimate multitasking pump! The one downside is I don’t usually produce as much from pumping with this as I do with my traditional (spectra) pump.

I was looking for something that would give me great performance on the go. The suction was better than some of the other portable options I tried. I also liked that the profile was small enough that most people couldn't tell I was wearing a pump. Plus it was really quiet too. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I love this pump! I purchased the completely hands free elvie last year with my oldest and just purchased this for my 2nd and I love this one more. The output is just as great as a wall pump and the silicone is better than plastic flanges.

Been using for just over a month. Easy to use, good success each time I've used apart from once when I didn't attach the valve properly. Pumping around 5oz in the morning across both breasts after morning feed with setting 5 for 25 minutes, currently 7 weeks post natal. App makes it easy to track amount pumped as well as makes it easy to control

Don’t recommend. I received this through aeroflow and paid a little extra and it absolutely doesn’t work for m. I’ve tried several times, different modes, added a new flange and still nothing. It doesn’t suction anything from my left breast and very little from my right. I will probably gift it to someone but I’m unable to use it.

Love my Elvie stride pump. Being hands free is so incredibly helpful. And the stride can still be pretty discrete under clothing when in public. I also have the Elvie pump and I honestly like the stride better. It is easier to clean and doesn’t have lights on the pumps (the original Elvie pump has lights that you can sometimes see through your shirt). Also you don’t have to take the pump apart to pour the milk out which makes it alot easier when you’re on the go. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a hands free pump!

Bought a month ago and currently only use on the go because they don’t empty me. I wish they did because they are comfortable and convenient. As a surgeon my hope was to use these in the OR while operating in long cases but it seems like they just won’t work. I use at almost max suction with right sized flanges for 30+ minutes and only get about a1/3-2/3 of my normal output with other brands. The new cups are much more comfortable than previous elvie stride but I don’t think there where any big advances with this change.

I am not happy with this pump as the suction does not feel comfortable to me even though I am using the recommended flange size (21 mm). The output is lower than when I use another wearable pump by a different brand. I would have returned it if that was an option. Disappointed!

Bought this over a month ago, it came recommended and I'm so glad I bought it. Easy to clean and use quickly when managing a newborn!!
