A: Willow Go® offers great mobility while you pump, but it's not completely leak-proof in any position. The pump fits totally in your bra with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. You may notice some leaking if you move around while you pump - for example, if you bend far forward or lean far back. It all depends on how full your containers are, how much you're moving, and where the pump sits on your body. If you need true leak-proof mobility while you pump, we recommend you purchase Willow 360 and use our spill-proof milk bags.

Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go® uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Willow 360 lets you choose between spill-proof milk bags (no need to transfer - you can pump and store milk in the same bag) or reusable containers, while Willow Go offers reusable containers only. 0 stars if I could. Barely got to use the pump cause one side motor broke. Going thru costumer service was the worst experience. They try to do everything so they don’t have to send a replacement and ignored a lot of my emails. If you want a great pump and 5 star costumer service who’s not cheap buy a eufy!

Convenient but inconvenient
Too many parts, can’t use a steam sterilizer have to boil, really hard to plug in to charge, tricky to get the pieces together, app takes forever each time to sync to pumps. Once they’re on they are comfortable and so nice to be hands free.

Not successful for me
I’ve had one successful pump with the Willow Go and that was the day I first purchased it. It doesn’t empty my breast and I’ve tried all the troubleshoot tips, I even emailed customer service and no one got back to me. I borrowed an Elvie pump and wish I would have purchased it from the get go.

However, this is now my 3rd pump that I have had to buy. ( I also was not an inclusive pumper) Each time I contacted costumer service for them to tell me I need a new 1. As much as I love the willow. . don't expect it to work for more than 1 kid. This is the first time that they have offered the extended warrenty after a year and I made sure to get it.

Great fit
Best on the go pump, I am able to comfortably wear these and still get the amount of milk I need. I still gave 5 stars because I am not sure how it could be improved, but there are a lot of parts to take apart when cleaning and it is not the fastest/easiest.
