A: Willow Go® offers great mobility while you pump, but it's not completely leak-proof in any position. The pump fits totally in your bra with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. You may notice some leaking if you move around while you pump - for example, if you bend far forward or lean far back. It all depends on how full your containers are, how much you're moving, and where the pump sits on your body. If you need true leak-proof mobility while you pump, we recommend you purchase Willow 360 and use our spill-proof milk bags.

Heavier than I thought. Pretty

I like that there is an app to control from phone instead of having to reach inside my shirt, but I do wish it had a screen on something on actual pump to know what level and time.

Waste of money
Very disappointed in this wearable pump! I had heard mixed reviews and decided to take a chance on them since my pump stopped working while on a trip. To my surprise the suction was no where near powerful enough to empty me, nor were they easy to assemble. If you don't position the suction cup just right it will not work! I'm so glad they allowed returns because it would have been $360 down the drain.

Don’t waste your money
I wouldn’t wish this pump on my worst enemy. Every day it performs differently, the motors died after a month and a half, the cups never connect right, etc. I could go on. I was a fan at first but now I can’t stand it.

Great suction, but everything else is no good. It’s unreliable and can stop working at any given moment even when fairly new and the app doesn’t help much either… lots of problems getting disconnected and turning on and charging etc.

Do not waste your money/Rx
This product works great at first couple weeks. I have had four original batteries (2x pregnancies/rx) and three replacements all but one is still working. The battery either shuts off midway through a pump or stops working all together. Customer service will replace if under warranty, but it is a hassle answering questions/sending videos and then having to wait for the arrival of the new battery just to have it stop working two weeks later. Please save your sanity and your milk supply by buying a different pump.

A great option for a wearable pump on the go
I love this pump. There’s a few reasons why I’m only giving it 4 stars but it’s overall a very good option. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s so nice to have the option to pump one breast while nursing on the other. I’ve been very happy with the suction and battery power. It’s easy to clean and put together. I love how nimble it is and effective! I’m an underproducer so it’s really nice to have an on the go option so I can pump more frequently to keep my supply up. The only cons are that because there is one motor, I’ve noticed the suction on the other pump is not nearly as much. So I put it on my slacker boob. There’s been a few times I haven’t gotten much milk at all. A couple of times, the collector didn’t stay together and milk spilled everywhere. There’s a good chance that was my error and I didn’t correctly assemble it. Overall the positives really outweigh the few negatives. My other wearable pump is an Elvie Stride and this is 10x better!!!

When I had to switch

Not only does the pump and app work great, but I’m getting a better output than I was with my plug-in pump. I’m so thrilled with my WillowGo and use it exclusively now! While leaking is still a possibility, I would take that over having to be locked to a seat while pumping with a regular pump. The suction on these is great. The only time I've had to do more than one session is when I have missed my time limit for when I should be pumping. They are so easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is absolutely terrible. I have been using the Elvie prior to buying the willow, and comparatively the willow is much much worse. It’s heavier, I get terrible output (sometimes only 50% what I would get with my elvie), uncomfortable and so finicky putting together. If you don’t put it together completely perfect it won’t suction and I have to take it all apart and redo it. On top of all that, you can’t pause a session, it restarts, and you can’t sync them up according to my knowledge, so if you don’t turn them on at the exact same time, you hear constant buzzing. I was really excited about this product from what I’ve seen online, but I am so incredibly disappointed and it is very frustrating. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Mine don’t work anymore after a month
Had these for a little less than a month and they stopped working! Got in contact with support and emailed everything they needed me to email to get them replaced, and then I never got an answer back! A shame because I really like these I even ordered a second set of parts to use them more but now I’m stuck with all these parts in the motors. Don’t even work after a little less of a month of using
