  • A: Willow Go® offers great mobility while you pump, but it's not completely leak-proof in any position. The pump fits totally in your bra with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. You may notice some leaking if you move around while you pump - for example, if you bend far forward or lean far back. It all depends on how full your containers are, how much you're moving, and where the pump sits on your body. If you need true leak-proof mobility while you pump, we recommend you purchase Willow 360 and use our spill-proof milk bags.

Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go® uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Willow 360 lets you choose between spill-proof milk bags (no need to transfer - you can pump and store milk in the same bag) or reusable containers, while Willow Go offers reusable containers only. Both pumps are app connected, but Willow 360 has more smart features - for example, it tracks your volume in real time and automatically records your session history and connects to Apple Watch.     The charging plug is a

I thought there was enough battery to pump and it died towards the end of my pumping session, but you have to take off the side to get access to the port. Other than that I love it and it does makes my life so much easier.

    Not a good pump

    The pump did not work well. I only used it once because it was so horrible. Only one side pumped milk out and hardly did that.

    Disappointment

    These worked great the first day. Day 2 one of them lost suction. It seems all of the silicone parts have too much room for displacement and must be positioned exactly right in order to function properly. After owning for a week I've already had to order replacement parts I've lost so much milk using these things because they also leak if not exactly right and will always leak from the top if I lean over too far. I would not purchase these again and apparently cannot return them once the box has been opened.

    Would not order

    I have had this pump less than a month and it is not working. The suction is not good and I’m not getting any milk out of it. I am very disappointed in the pump.

There were one or two times where I had issues with the pump suction, but it was user error on assembling the pump. The directions in app are super clear and helped me troubleshoot my issue right away. The parts disassemble and assemble easily, and are very easy to clean.

    I was always a fan

Love the 7oz capacity option, the new design, and the higher level of comfort. The only thing I miss from the prior version is the auto shutoff when the container is at capacity, but it’s not hard to check to ensure you aren’t going to overflow.
