Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go® uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Willow 360 lets you choose between spill-proof milk bags (no need to transfer - you can pump and store milk in the same bag) or reusable containers, while Willow Go offers reusable containers only. A: You don't need the app, the pumps have control buttons on them. I prefer the app so I don't have to dig around in my shirt while using them to change settings but it's absolutely not mandatory

I wanted to love the Willow Go, but after experiencing two separate pump failures in just over a year, I’m extremely disappointed. My first pump was replaced due to a suction issue, and now the replacement has completely stopped working — it won’t charge or power on at all. I’ve followed every care instruction and only I have used it. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to help. They didn’t offer a replacement, a repair option, or even a discount — just a flat denial based on the 12-month warranty policy, even though this was a replacement pump and the failure is clearly due to a faulty product, not user error. For a pump this expensive and marketed as a premium option, I expected much better quality and support. Instead, I was left without a working pump and no willingness from the company to even try to make things right. If you’re considering Willow, know that once the year is up — even by a few days — you’re on your own.

I do wish that it would tell us how much milk I’m pumping like the Willow 360 does. I also wish that I didn’t constantly have to exit the Willow app and then we restart the app to get my pumps to stay connected. Overall, I would recommend the Willow go to any of my friends that are looking for a wearable pump. I’ve tried several brands and the Willow go has been by far my favorite. This pump was well worth the investment.

Having a pump that is hands free has been amazing, but I still wouldn’t do a lot of movement as I get more milk if I’m sitting. These are still discrete under clothing but I don’t mind if people know I’m pumping. Overall great on the go pump and bonus that it’s hospital grade.

Stopped working less than a month after I purchased and unable to return. The few times I was able to use it, the motor was not strong enough. Very disappointed to have wasted so much money on this.

Not having to be stationary has really helped. The app is super helpful and love that it keeps track of how much I was able to produce after each pump session.

This isn't my first hands free pump, but it is my first hands free without tubes that connect from the motor on your hip to the actual cups in your bra. So I am super digging that feature. This is the most I've also spent on a pump, so I am going in with high hopes that this product stands up to the hype. Also hoping the customer service is as good as my last pumps. What sold me on this brand is the reviews but also the app feature. I'm hoping that will help me keep better track at my production and also prevent me from over filling the cups.

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because the flanges keep popping off which really sucks and sometimes the suction doesn’t work at times.
