A: Currently, the product is not offered with breast flange inserts, although they may be available in the future. Should you have questions about fit, consult your doctor or a medical professional. (We have complementary IBCLC consults). As with any breast pump, stop use if abnormal pain, discomfort, or swelling occurs and consult a medical professional should the problem persist. For those who prefer, commercially available flange inserts can be used with the Spectra wearable. These include Nuliie, sold on Amazon. When selecting an insert, we recommend a silicone construction that is free from sharp edges or other defects. Vacuum levels should not be decreased with an insert. If this happens, please consider an alternate.

Sturdy, Reliable
I am 5 weeks ppd and was tired of the big pump I got through my insurance, i also tried 2 other wearables and hated them. PROS: this pump has great suction, they fit well in a nursing bra and they aren't super bulky. I get more ounces out of this pump then my wall spectra pump believe it or not!! CONS: Not going to sugar coat it, theyre loud. they're as loud as the regular spectra pumps (not a deal breaker for me) and the second con is that the flanges on the back are hard and you need to buy your own flanges to fit to you. the holes are a standard 24 mm I believe. thankfully I had flanges prior to. so if you want to buy this - buy flanges as well.

Great pump - terrible plastic
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using the Spectra Wearable Pump for its convenience both on the go and at home — I even used it while flying across the U.S.! It’s definitely different from the Spectra S1 and S2 models; between the lights and the mechanical sound, you do feel a bit like a robot in action. That said, the pump does a great job with suction and emptying, and I found the fit comfortable and secure. My main concern is with the quality of the plastic collection containers — the material feels similar to a disposable water bottle. Although the instructions indicate it’s safe to sanitize using boiling water or steam bags, my most recent sanitizing session warped the plastic, making it unusable. Unfortunately, Spectra does not sell replacement parts for the containers, which is disappointing given the otherwise great performance of the pump.

The noise level is quiet enough and the suction strength is good too. Not the same level of output as the og spectra s1, but so easy when you need to pump on the go.

Item is defective target and spectra will not fix issue.
I bought this pump on August 8th. It is now September 29th and one of the motors has a mechanical or technical error and will not charge or power on. I cannot seem to return or exchange with Target OR spectra. Target online says it’s returnable within 90 days and an employee stated this as well. They will NOT return even if the item breaks under warranty. Spectra will not help me because my Target receipt isn’t good enough proof of purchase because it doesn’t include my name, product info, store info, and purchase date. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM TARGET. You may have better luck resolving issues if they come up only if you purchase from spectra directly. Targets return policy for this item is very misleading and spectra puts the blame on them.

Extremely loud
Extremely loud, I bought this thinking the spectra brand would be great considering it’s other models but it’s extremely loud, wakes my husband ups when trying to use at night and not discreet at all if trying to use in public, also it leaks when taking off, compared to other wearable models this is my least favorite and spectra will not return unless bought directly through them and target want return when opened

Parts do not snap together securely. They are very loud. After maybe 10-12 uses, one of them gets very hot where the motor is. It does have a good suction and empties me but it comes with a price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new spectra wearable pumps are very portable and fit into the bra comfortably and discreet. The battery is long lasting. The suction strength is decently strong so it does carry noise. I was able to get 4 oz first time using them! They even come with a nipple cap to make it a bottle immediately which is super cool! It is a little difficult not spilling milk while twisting the container from the lid. Overall I’m pleased with the results of these wearable pumps. I had the plug in spectra pump which was great but now that they made these wearable I can easily pump on the go!

Fantastic wearable option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was weary of how good the suction on a wearable would be, but this blew me away! It was just as good if not better than my regular pump! I got slightly more than my normal amount of milk in only 3.5 minutes! It was comfortable, not super loud, and it was easy to get the milk out without spilling. The unit charged quickly, but it did only come with one cord so you either have to alternate or have another cord that fits it. Overall I was very impressed!

But I was quite busy taking care of the older baby and the housework so I chose to pump milk instead of the baby to breastfeed directly. If I know the Spectra® Premier Wearable Breast Pump is too good. It is very convenient to pump milk and can do housework. Save a lot of time. Only the problem is a bit easy to colon. But it's okay. We can get used to how easy it is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so pleasantly surprised by these! I’m an exclusive pumper and my regular pump is the Spectra S2. These wearables had the great suction I’ve come to expect from Spectra and very comfortable pumping patterns. My only qualm is that the containers only hold 4oz each and I consistently produce 6-9+ ounces so I have to be careful to watch and dump halfway through. With larger capacity, this would be a 5/5!

The one and only pump you need!

And it comes with everything you need. Its quiteish not completely discreet but it still works for me. I love that its portable and there no pipes coming out of my shirt lol.

I charged up the battery and turned it on and it seems pretty quiet. I put my hand up to the suction and that also seemed pretty strong. Can’t wait to use it!
