A: Currently, the product is not offered with breast flange inserts, although they may be available in the future. Should you have questions about fit, consult your doctor or a medical professional. (We have complementary IBCLC consults). As with any breast pump, stop use if abnormal pain, discomfort, or swelling occurs and consult a medical professional should the problem persist. For those who prefer, commercially available flange inserts can be used with the Spectra wearable. These include Nuliie, sold on Amazon. When selecting an insert, we recommend a silicone construction that is free from sharp edges or other defects. Vacuum levels should not be decreased with an insert. If this happens, please consider an alternate.

Extremely loud, I bought this thinking the spectra brand would be great considering it’s other models but it’s extremely loud, wakes my husband ups when trying to use at night and not discreet at all if trying to use in public, also it leaks when taking off, compared to other wearable models this is my least favorite and spectra will not return unless bought directly through them and target want return when opened

Parts do not snap together securely. They are very loud. After maybe 10-12 uses, one of them gets very hot where the motor is. It does have a good suction and empties me but it comes with a price.

The suction strength is decently strong so it does carry noise. I was able to get 4 oz first time using them! They even come with a nipple cap to make it a bottle immediately which is super cool! It is a little difficult not spilling milk while twisting the container from the lid. Overall I’m pleased with the results of these wearable pumps. I had the plug in spectra pump which was great but now that they made these wearable I can easily pump on the go!

I got slightly more than my normal amount of milk in only 3.5 minutes! It was comfortable, not super loud, and it was easy to get the milk out without spilling. The unit charged quickly, but it did only come with one cord so you either have to alternate or have another cord that fits it. Overall I was very impressed!

But I was quite busy taking care of the older baby and the housework so I chose to pump milk instead of the baby to breastfeed directly. If I know the Spectra® Premier Wearable Breast Pump is too good. It is very convenient to pump milk and can do housework. Save a lot of time. Only the problem is a bit easy to colon. But it's okay. We can get used to how easy it is

These wearables had the great suction I’ve come to expect from Spectra and very comfortable pumping patterns. My only qualm is that the containers only hold 4oz each and I consistently produce 6-9+ ounces so I have to be careful to watch and dump halfway through. With larger capacity, this would be a 5/5!

And it comes with everything you need. Its quiteish not completely discreet but it still works for me. I love that its portable and there no pipes coming out of my shirt lol.

You do need to wear these with a pumping bra or a bra that will fit both units on the breast. I really love that I am mobile and can do other things finally when I am pumping. Recommend 100%!!!

They are a little loud I will say that but it does have a heating system that is just amazing. The suction strength has 3 levels not as many as others but is still very much strong. And the battery life has lasted me so far for 6 pump sessions of 30 mins each which is 2 days for me. I actually am surprised with this pump it works amazing and strong. Love that the heating system helps with engorgement and milk ducts !

I originally was gonna get a momcozy but saw a lot of bad reviews so glad I did because this is the best pump even the suction is amazing I always use my pumps I had the baby Buddha at a high level and would only get 20 ml out of both breast with this at a low suction I’m getting one ounce a breast a pump and I love the hand free option

There are different modes to fit every tolerance level. Although about 2 1/2 hours is a good charge time I wish it were just a little faster.

So many different suction levels and varying modes for stimulation and expression. They’re comfortable and so far battery life seems good! They’re not too noisy, very similar to other wearable pumps I’ve tried! So happy with this product! I love that it comes with a bottle and an attachment for the pump milk collector to be used as a bottle too! That’s such a nice little genius addition to have one less thing to bring! Would definitely recommend this pump!
