I’ll be honest, the taste is OK. It’s not the best, but it’s not horrible either. But they work so well, especially when you have a busy schedule and don’t make time to drink as often as you should be!

So there are pretty bad reviews BUT, I’ve been breast feeding my second child for 6m I’ve been struggling with production all week, before I took one of these an hour ago I was getting 1 oz per breast, they hydrate you so fast a hour after this supplement in a water I’m producing 3.5 oz on one breast and 2.5 oz on the other. I must have been dehydrated all week the lactation chocolate milk mix was not working at all. Definitely worth it, I normally get the lemon but I got the berry açaí on accident and I don’t hate it, yes it’s not the most delicious but it’s a supplement without sugar, for what it is and what it’s meant to do 5 stars.

Not a new mom or breastfeeding, I compared the ingredients to other hydration tablets and prefer these for the benefits and price. The taste is mild on its own but I like to add other things for a delicious mocktail pick me up (can easily add a squeeze of Mio or other flavor enhancers to boost the taste) It does take a few minutes to dissolve, not an issue for me. Just came here to say I think this product is great for anyone thinking about trying it.

Just used my first tablet. The taste is sweet is very lackluster. Basically tastes like seltzer water and I’m not a fan of seltzer. I ordered 3 packs. Will be returning 2. I’m not sure if they actually help with milk production. I don’t think I’ll drink enough to know.

I can’t agree with every one else. These take horrible. Did not dissolve quickly. Stink! Constipated me. And I’m not too sure how they helped my milk. They’re big so i had to break it to put it in my water. After about 5 minutes, there were still chunks floating. Never fully dissolved I think most of these good reviews were paid or something
