This chili oil used to taste great, now it tastes like stale oil and pantry air! When I opened the jar and saw how red the oil was, I knew something was off. So sad because this was my favorite.

Decided to give this a try since I ran out of the one from Trader Joe’s and um this is bad. Imagine putting your cars oil into a jar and adding chili flakes. That’s exactly what this tastes like. I am not sure where the spice that everyone in these reviews are talking about went to but it sure was not in this jar. It has absolutely no flavor. If you like flavor less grease in a jar then by all means this is the product for you. You would probably get better results of drinking the McDonald’s, french fry oil, then trying this. Absolute waste of money.
