Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel combines the protective benefits of lotion and powder in one powerhouse product. It provides daily prevention from skin chafing, redness, and irritation and protects the skin with a smooth, breathable, moisture-control barrier. Safe to use even on sensitive skin, Monistat’s anti-chafing gel is non-greasy, won’t stain clothing, and uses a fragrance-free formula that dries to a silky smooth finish. Q: Is there supposed to be a foil seal on the package? I ordered this product from another company and it had no seal, so I sent it back. Would like to know if I should expect the tube to have a foil seal or not. Thanks!

One of my friends brought this with her on a trip and I borrowed it, thinking it’d work for a few minutes and then I’d be back to chafing. No. This stuff lasted a couple hours of walking around in the southern heat. I can wear shorts and skirts again with this. I always have one in my purse at all times

It’s about to be summer and the thick thigh girls like myself are struggling lol. I have been using this for a few years after hearing a peloton instructor talk about it during a cycling class. Don’t even bother trying all the other anti-chafe products on the market. I had tried everything from deodorant to mega babe to body glide - for the people like me whose thighs rub with every step, those products just wear off after half an hour. THEN I FOUND THIS. Amazing. It has a powdery feel that makes your thighs glide and not stick together or painfully rub. I have taken it on countless trips where I’m walking a lot (Disneyland and Vegas approved!!). I will say for extreme distances, super hot days, or wearing a dress, I have to reapply once or twice throughout the day, but totally worth it. I am buying my third tube for my summer trip abroad where I will be walking a TON. I tell everyone about this! HIGHLY recommend!!

I tried this to see if it would work as well as zinc oxide. It doesn't. It has a nice feel to it, but zinc oxide prevents itching and chafing, whereas this product did nothing to help with chafing.

I am 5’2 but I move QUICK. I also have thick thighs, so the friction often causes chub rub. This is my favorite product to prevent chub rub! It goes on like a gel but dries like a powder without leaving residue. Now I always keep a tube in my bag.10/10!

This will do nothing for my bike saddle chafing. I was so happy to receive it, having read 'good' reviews across a few sites. I guess they were paid. I have no idea. There is Nothing in this tube which could possibly help chafing. There is no protective surface created by its ingredients. It is very like applying a fast-drying 'water'. Just nothing there.

This is terrible. I tend to get some chaffing between my thighs in the summer due to how hot and humid it gets. I was hoping this would keep my thigh area nice and dry but it made my thighs sticky instead. Your thighs will feel like they are glued in place and sticky all day. I did not feel like it helped much with the chaffing either. I would rather wear bike shorts under my dress than use this. Useless.

This worked amazing! I have thick thighs and kept me from chafing when walking ports on a cruise. ALSO, I thought I’d give it a try and good to know that it prevents blisters if you put it on the back of your heels when you are going to be doing a lot of walking! My only issue is the tube is small and goes fast! But I would definitely recommend.

I was super skeptical about using this because I’ve tried so many other remedies (deodorant, lotion, anti-chafe sticks) for thigh chafing but this is amazing. Like hands down the best thing I’ve ever used. Applied some on the thighs before wearing a mini skirt and walking >5miles in 85°F weather and no chafing at ALL. I did end up reapplying a couple hours in because I had the chance but I didn’t feel like I needed to. My sandals were also chafing the back of my ankle and the gel helped with that too. Would recommend to literally EVERYBODY.

I have used another brand to help with chaffing in the past that looks like a white deodorant stick, but it was never the greatest. It was the only thing I really knew of until coming across this particular product thanks to my adult daughter who randomly found it. At first glance of the product, I thought it had something to do with using it for a yeast infection since this is what Monistat, at least to me is known for. Man… this product has been a game changer for me. I hardly like wearing shorts too short or even dresses due to chaffing, but this has helped me change my mind about that. Only thing is that I do wish their name “Monistat” wasn’t so big and bold across the whole tube because it does feel slightly embarrassing (I’ve taken it with me to like Disney to reapply just in case) being that I don’t want someone to think that’s for me to use for a yeast infection when in fact that’s not what it’s for. Lol. Overall great product!!! Added info… it comes out like an oily base and once it sets up on your skin it gives your inner thigh skin a smooth feel to it.

I've heard this is a great makeup primer and have been meaning to try it. I love it! My skin is sensitive and tends to breakout when I put too much on it but this does not make me breakout. It's also fantastic for chafing. I love how it dries powdery and doesn't wear off. Way better than other brands. Highly recommend.
