- Adjustable Counterweight and Anti Skating Adjustments: Calibrate the tonearm with the counterweight and anti skating system to ensure the stylus sits perfectly in the vinyl groove, minimize uneven stylus wear, have proper channel balance, and get the best sound from your album collection.
- Built In Phono Preamp and RCA Line Output: The turntable features selectable phono level and line level outputs. Use the built in phono preamp, if your amplifier supports a phono level input, or use the line level output option to connect to any line level input on your amp or powered speakers.
- Bluetooth Connectivity: Wirelessly connect the turntable to Bluetooth headphones, speakers, or any other Bluetooth enabled playback device.

Overall I am satisfied with the turntable and the price is great. It looks fantastic and the sound is good out of the speakers. My only issue is the anti skate is difficult to balance and the needle noise is quite loud. Can be a little bit distracting when playing certain records at lower volumes.

Great turntable! Set-up took some time and the setup guide wasn't helpful (I had to resort to watching a handful of youtube videos and just winging it). The anti-skating weight setup was especially tough, and the other weight wasn't easy either. Once you get past setup, the turntable is awesome.
Great, except for built in phono pre.

Really nice TT for the money, but I had some issues with the built in phono amp. I was getting some very low frequency signal wobble in my woofers and midrange hash, improved somewhat after grounding it to my SMSL DA-9. Symptoms same even after lifting the needle. Not bad enough to return it, but knocking a star off for it.

Directions are probably OK for Stereo Shop techs, but I found them a bit confusing and vague. The Cartridge was well protected but was not correctly attached to the tonearm. Why not do that in the factory? Initial sound was awful until I tried flipping a tiny switch on the back of the turntable. Great sound after that fix. Now that I've used it many times, i've got one more critique. If you try to raise the dust cover with one hand, the turntable moves. The leveling legs at the front do not provide enough friction. There are no back legs, just what seems to be the motor cover on the bottom. Possibly adding a thin adhesive pad would help stabilize the unit.

I like the turntable a lot however I had to try twice to get it to work. The first turntable had a slight buzzing, after trying new cables, a different cartridge and even a different location the buzzing persisted. I returned it to Monoprice and got a replacement that works as desired. For the price this is a good unit for my application.

I master LP records for a living and bought this based on reviews, It is a gift for my 17 yo grand daughter who is very into vinyl. I have to say I am quite impressed. It looks great, sounds great and tracks well. I have recommended entry level tables in the past that cost twice as much as this one, and aren't nearly as good. Best, Kevin Gray

Be aware, this turntable does NOT come with even the most basic of RCA cables. Cables are on order, so I may revise my review once I get to hear how it actually sounds. Also, this turntable has two feet at the front, but only one in the back. It will tip easily if you apply moderate pressure to either rear corners of the base. I based my purchase on Steve Guttenberg's positive review. Hopefully his review wasn't just a native commercial .

I've had a few turntables over the years, so I'm familiar. Great looking turntable. I didn't expect it to sound like my old B&O, but I was totally unimpressed with the sound. Probably perfect for the listener looking for Bluetooth.

I just replaced my old turntable with this new Monolith offering and so far I'm really happy with it. I was a little surprised when the previous Monolith turntables just disappeared from Monoprice's site, but I'm glad I waited for this one, since it has a superior Audio Technica cartridge and other features like Bluetooth connectivity. I'm actually listening to an album on my Monoprice Sonic Solace Bluetooth headphones as I type this! Overall it sounds great and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Perfect choice of turntable/cartridge for moderate price.

I love this turntable. For this price it offers excellent quality and a very good cartridge It was easy to set up and it looks beautiful with the walnut base. This only downside for me is that it doesn't have a shut off at the end of the record. For some time it has been on my wish list. I had to wait patiently until it was again offered for sale. Highly recommended!
